Arma 3 – How to make a private server

Creating a server

First launch Arma 3 and go to “Server Browser” 
 
 
 
 

Hosting a server

In the server browser go to “Host server” and this panel should pop up. 
 
 
After this you scroll the “Host” bar once to get “Internet” 
 
 
 
 
 

Making your server private

After all that trouble you click the “Password” section and type whatever password you seem fit 
 
(Only real Arma players know what the password means) 
 
 
 
After that sweat-inducing workout you click the big green button that says 
 
 
 
 

And you are done!

Congratulations. You just made your server private with a password and also helped others to save time. 
 
Now no outsider can join your server and no need to constantly fiddle around with “Kick” or “Ban” buttons! 
 
Or if the host is just too lazy to do the password then the person probably shouldn’t host a server in the first place. 
 
Now i can go outside. Just kidding. Have to stay inside.
