How to Get the Maid Dress in Cult of the Lamb

To get the maid dress, you need to sweep up poop or vomit 100 times. Just cleaning up after outhouses doesn’t count – it has to be actual waste on the ground. If you have the janitor building so your followers clean up after themselves, that doesn’t count either.

Making a Plan

To speed things up, try making foods or drinks that’ll make your followers poop a lot. That way, you can wait near buildings and clean it up quickly. Baby followers are great for this, too, since they go potty all the time. Hatch at least five babies to get the “grow your flock” bonus.

Just know that relying on babies and drunk followers has downsides. Babies need lots of attention and can’t be left when you go crusading. And drunk followers tend to start fights. They’re high drama!

Once you hit 100, you can make the maid dress. You only get one though, so think carefully who you want to give it to. You can change it later, but make that first one count!
