I looked through the follower trait guide and found that the traits you can roll are mixed up with doctrine-based traits.

Gullible is the only one that stands out.
 
Your weakest constituion will not be useful as you will be healing the sick people around you with flowers in the healing building. Faith is fleeting, so it doesn't matter what you do to gain or lose faith.

Cynical is bad. Faithlessness is also a bad thing. All the rest are about faith that can be overcome.
 
 
 

What does a perfect roll look?

Roll Gullible and Faithless. While the rest can be worked around, Cynical can't be rolled with Gullible.
 
Each follower will have 1-3 traits, so if you roll a Gullible-only follower, you'll have a perfect follower right away.
 
I prefer to give Gullible followers a moon necklace. It helps me remember who to resurrect, and it's so much easier than all the other necklaces.
