This will allow you to take no damage and earn the achievements for killing bosses. While you can avoid boss' phases, you will need to clear all dungeon rooms thoroughly to stack damage with your Golden Fleece.
TL;DR
– Get the golden fleece
– Stack as many additional % damage as possible
– Use high-damaging weapons or curses to destroy the boss
Get a Talisman
To make a complete Talisman, you will need to first obtain 4 Talisman pieces. These can be obtained by completing special quests, such as fishing for The Fisherman and bringing Eyes of Witness into Plimbo.
The Golden Fleece is Unlockable
You can use the Talisman that you have acquired to unlock Fleeces, which provide buffs/debuffs that will change your playstyle during Crusades.
The Golden Fleece is the best imo. It allows you to deal additional 10% damage per enemy killed, but you do not take damage.
High-dead curses/women
The Golden Fleece will increase the damage of weapons with higher base damages by allowing you to use +% damage instead of faster weapons with lower base damage.
You can choose from a hammer or an axe. The hammer hits harder than the axe, but it is easier to use. So choose your preferred hammer. Prioritize the godly variant, which has very high base damage.
The Cleansing Fire is the most damaging curse in the game. It does insane damage when you land all three projectiles.
This allowed me to kill Heket before it spawned the irritating flies.
The Divine Guardian curse gives you 2 seconds invincibility. You can also spam this ability together with some tarot card for reduced fervour usage to tank all hits long enough to allow you to whittle the boss down with your damage-stacked axe/hammer.
I defeated Shamura using this to tank all their hits, and then killed them with an axe stacking with 600% damage
Stack your damage to SLAY the boss
To stack your damage and fight the boss, play slowly and methodically. You will quickly learn the moves of the enemies in the dungeons, and you'll be one-shotting them all as you stack damage.
Targets should have at least 500% more damage. You should be able deal enough damage to the boss before they start their first phase.
What if I've already defeated the boss the first time? They are not there!
If you have already defeated the boss of a Dungeon, you can again challenge them when you run in that dungeon.
Simply destroy the totem and you will be able to create a portal that you can use to get to the boss in the area.
