Wild Meat

You can always find a campfire while exploring the dungeons. MEAT When destroyed.
 
Sometimes a campfire may appear to be destroyed, but you can still "destroy it" as long as it is naturally spawned. MEAT .
 
 

 
 
 

Uses for Meat

Farming meat

There are only two options for farming MEAT
 
 

• The upgraded scarecrow
   
   
   
  
• The Offering Statue
   
   
   
  
   
   
   
  And the only Right way is of course the Offering Statue
   
   
   
  *I'll be calling this the shrine because it is shorter
   
   
   
  The Shrine is an important early game building that doesn't require any upkeep and can be used without the assistance of followers.
   
   
  If a follower doesn't have anything to do and the Shrine hasn't expired, the follower will replenish it.
   
   
   
  (The Offering and its amount are both random)
   
   
   
  Although the Shrine must be collected manually, it can be done immediately unlike unloading toilets or other similar tasks.
   
   
  After a Shrine is harvested, it will go on cooldown. This is not displayed on the shrine, but it will still be in effect.
   
   
  No follower will deposit an offering at that shrine during cooldown. You can circumvent this by placing more shrines as their cooldowns are different.
   
   
  It is possible to restock all shrines with one follower.
   
   
  Most of the random offerings are usefull but right now we are only focusing on the MEAT so we'll be actively working against the RNG.
   
   
   
  From my observations i've determined the chance for MEAT to be roughly 10% and the colldown to be 1/4 (quarter) of the in game day.
   
   
   
  This means that theoretically, we would need 10 shrines to receive at least one meat offering each rotation.
   
   
   
  With all the previouse logic added together we can construct a perfect MEAT farm setup which looks like this.
