This page lists all the Follower Skins and Follower Formulas you can apply for your Cultists in Cult of the Lamb. It also explains how to unlock follower skins.

*Please note that this list does NOT include DLC exclusive skins, as they are not required for the achievement.

You can unlock followers by buying them from merchants or finding them in chests. Some followers can even be unlocked by killing minibosses. They will be listed below.

Silk Cradle Skins for Follower Skins

Silk Cradle Follower Skins are skins that can be found in Silk Cradle from chests or shops.

Secret Follower Skins

Secret Follower skins can be found only in biomes. However, they require additional tasks to earn them. They can be as easy or difficult as you would find them by playing naturally. However, some are hidden from plain sight.

The “Rat Follower Skin” is the first follower skin I will cover.

The Rat Follower Skin can be one of the first skins you unlock. After you have entered Darkwood several times under the guidance of Ratau, your mentor, he will be satisfied that you are on your way to building an acceptable cult. He will then retire to a Lonely Shack, where he will invite you to visit. You will find piles of firewood to your left. This is where you can search for the Rat Follower Skin.

The “Fish Follower Skin” is the second follower skin that I will be covering.

After a few trips through Darkwood, you will find a fisherman who will let you visit Pilgrim’s Passage. You can fish for the skin here, but it is not a very common practice so it may take some time.

The “Axolotl Followinger Skin” is the third follower skin I will be covering.

This skin can also be found in Pilgrim’s Passage, the lighthouse to your left. The Lighthouse Keeper will ask you to repair the Lighthouse and provide a few pieces of lumber. He will then reward you accordingly. He will ask you to return later and provide 25 Crystal Shards for additional repairs. These can only be found in the Anchordeep region.

You’ll be awarded the Axolotl Follower skin if you can find enough Crystal Shards to fix the Lighthouse one more time.

The “Crab Follower Skin” is the fourth skin I will be covering.

You will need to travel to the Anchordeep region to obtain this skin. There you will find a man who will welcome you to Smuggler’s Sanctuary. Once you arrive, you will see a crab running about. Catch him and you’ll be rewarded with your skin.

The “Star Follower Skin” is the Fifth Skin I will be covering.

You may find a signpost that unlocks Midas’s Cave, which you can visit outside of crusading once you reach the final area of Silk Cradle. This area is filled with piles of gold and characters made of gold. The Star Follower Skin can be found behind the gold piles in the back of Midas’ throne.

The “Wolf Follower Skin” is the Sixth Skin I’ll be covering.

The Wolf Follower skin can only be obtained after completing a lengthy questline. This questline can start as soon as you reach Pilgrim’s Passage. You can search the area at night for a green crescent, then interact with the environment to find a spooky wolf creature dressed in robes. You will find the crescent symbol in each area hidden at night. He has four quests to complete. You’ll be asked some crazy things by him, such as sacrificing followers. To help his questline, you will have to agree to these demands.

After you reach Midas’ Cave, check the far back for his last hiding place, he’ll request the ultimate sacrifice. This will give you his final Holy Talisman piece and the Wolf Follower Skin.

The “Poop Follower Skin” is the Seventh Skin I’ll be covering.

If you’re willing to deal with many sick people and lots of cleaning, it’s easy to get the skin. To be eligible for this prize, you will need to create a certain number of Bowls of Poop. This means that your followers will be in for a rude surprise. Once enough are made, the Poop Follower Skin automatically appears.

The “Mad Monster Follower Skin” is the Eighth Skin I’ll be covering.

This skin is very secret. You will need to explore the region until you find a shop for Rakshasa who sells food along with his giant snail lady. Rakshasa can get furious if you smack the snail. If you smack the snail enough times, the merchant will fight with you. Don’t worry, though. The fight is easy if you know how dodge.

Rakshasa will admit defeat once you defeat him. He’ll promise to continue business even if you put off the beatings. You will also receive the Mad Monster Statue, an exclusive decoration that you can only make one.

You can return to your Cult to build the statue. Once you have completed the statue, you will be able to interact with the Mad Monster Statue and pray to it. This will unlock the Mad Monster Follower skin for you.

The “Snail Follower Skin” is the Ninth and Final Skin I will be covering.

Due to its rarity, this skin is the most difficult to obtain. This skin can be obtained by killing snails in the Darkwood or Anura regions. The snails can be hard to spot and, even if killed, they will not drop their shells.

Once you have 5 shells, you can head over to the snail shrines. These can be found in all 5 areas that you can travel to.

*I advise killing snails as soon as they are seen more often.
