The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth – How to find the last Boss in Binding of Isaac: Repentance! (SPOILERS)

1.The Alternate Route

 
In order to get to the knife parts, you will have to access the alternate route. After you defeat your first boss, a door will pop up, open it with 1 key and enter it. 
 
 
After you enter the room a manhole cover will open up, enter the manhole. 
 
 
 

2. The Downpour/Dross (First Knife Part)

 
Congratulations, you have entered the alt path! 
Now Proceed to Downpour II/Dross II. 
 
 
Now once you are in the 2nd part of the area, find the white flame. 
 
 
After you find it, touch it and you will turn into The Lost. 
 
 
Now as The Lost, find the mirror and enter it. 
 
 
If you have already defeated the boss before touching the white flame, you can fight the boss again to get another item, or just go to the treasure room and pick up the first knife part. 
 
 
 

3.Entering The Mines/Ashpit

 
After you Defeat the Downpour II/Dross II boss, another door will pop up, this time it is barricaded, use 2 bombs to open it up. 
 
 
After you enter the room, you will see a hatch open up prompting you to jump into it…..well jump into it. 
 
 
 

4.The Mines/Ashpit (Second Knife Part)

 
Basicaly the same thing as in the Downpour/Dross part, reach the 2nd area. 
 
 
Now, we have to find the railcart room. 
 
 
When you find the railcart room, you now have to find the yellow switches, there are 3 of them located around the area. You can already press them before if you wish, before you find the railcart room.After you press all 3 of the buttons, go back to the railcart room and jump into it. 
 
Now all you have to do is reach the end of this area, and get your 2nd knife piece. 
 
 
Oh…right, and now you have to escape this area while this thing chases you, good luck! 
 
 
Congrats, now you have both parts of the knife! 
 
 
After you defeat the boss, you will encounter yet another mysterious door, its the door you have to go through and all you gotta do is give 2 hearts to it, do it. 
 
 
Now Enter it. 
 
 
 

5.The Mausoleum/Gehenna

 
Hey, welcome to the Mausoleum 🙂 
 
 
Same as before, reach the 2nd area of this place. 
 
 
After defeating momma, use the knife on the meat door and pick The Negative or The Polaroid, doesnt matter. 
 
 
After entering the fleshy door, you have to defeat mom’s heart, and after defeating it, leave the room. 
 
 
Now enter the gray flesh hole. 
 
 
 

6. Corpse

 
Welcome to Corpse City! 
 
 
This one is simple, defeat the bosses and the main boss and thats it, reach the end credits and thats the major part done. 
 
 

7. All Over Again

 
Now that you have finished the main part, dont use the alternate path, follow the normal path. 
After you defeat the ”final” boss, you will get a sign that a strange door has unlocked in the Depths right? well, you know what to do.Here is the Strange Door. 
 
 
After you defeat Mom, it does not matter which picture you take, and make sure to use The Fool card after picking up one of the pictures, without it you cannot progress further. If you do not have The Fool card, blow up a marked skull in Depths 2 and youll get it. You can see a tiny x on the skull. 
 
 
After using The Fool card, use The Negative/Polaroid on the door and enter it 
. 
 
 

8. Almost There

 
Now, you have to reach the boss room and take the item. 
 
 
Now you basicaly have to clear every single floor that you have cleared previously until in Basement 1, you find shining light beaming from above and enter that. 
 
 
 
 

9. Home

 
Welcome to your Home. 
 
 
Now you have to find your mom’s room and touch her bed (You can also open her chest). 
 
Now it gets all spooky and you have to go to the TV room……TO BEGIN THE FINAL BATTLE!!! 
 
 
 
 
 
 
And then the rest is history.Congratulations, you have beaten the final FINAL boss…i think.
