The Greenhouse is a major part of making all that money. The Greenhouse has the ability to protect against crows without placing scarecrows near the crops. Placing sprinklers can wet all the crops without you even touching them. Obviously, iridium sprinklers will do the job best. But the best thing about the Greenhouse is that any seasonal crops can be grow in the Greenhouse even if it is not the plant’s season. Also the it has a massive amount of space for all your crops. Taking advantage of the Greenhouse is an important part of the money making process.

Choosing the Right Crops

I have plenty of experience with Stardew Valley having well over a year of playing it and my favorite types of crops are the reproducing ones. In my time playing, I found that the best reproducing crop is the strawberry. Of course, there are many other reproducing crops the work well like corn, pumpkins, and blueberries. Strawberries can be obtained almost at the very start of playing. On the 12th of spring the egg hunt festival will be held. Near the entrance there is a salesman that sells strawberries. It costs $100 gold per seed pack. Fully grown strawberries sell for $120 gold, Silver star strawberries sell for $150 gold, and gold star strawberries sell for $180 gold! You might be saying ”Wait only a $20 gold profit for a normal strawberry?” But wait! The Greenhouse has so many tiles of spaces for all your crops and you will really see the money making difference. BUT WAIT! It gets even better! Use quality fertilizer to increase your chance of getting silver or gold star quality strawberries to make even more money! Strawberries will reproduce so they will basically plant them selfs.

Here is a simple version of all that info-Unlock the Greenhouse and take full advantage of all it’s traits, place quality fertilizer where the strawberries are going to be, load as many strawberries (or any other reproducing crop) in the greenhouse, evenly place sprinklers so all tiles get water, and the final step is-Enjoy your perfect money making machine, where all you have to do is pick all your strawberries and make a fortune!

And if all else fails! Just go fishing.
