Timegated currency events aren’t fun. This guide will show you how to participate in them while you sleep.
 
This should actually work for 23 hours at a time and can even be done on mobile with a keyboard.
 
 

Required stats and equipment

In-game

• 75 Attack To wield a Saradomin godsword.
• 70 Agility To make it passive.
• A Saradomin godsword (passive) To heal yourself.

In real-life
 

• A keyboard with a spacebar.
• A weight to hold down your spacebar.

 
 
 

Method

• Equip your Saradomin godsword (passive).
• Stand around in the middle of the Kharidian Bandit Camp. – [runescape.wiki] 
• Weigh down your spacebar and walk away.

 

 
 

How and why does this work?

 
The Bandits
 
Equipping a Saradomin, Zamorak, or Guthix god item makes them permanently aggressive.
 
(They are neckbeard atheist Redditors)
 
The logout avoidance
 
A lobby change introduced in March allows you to get back into the game by pressing the spacebar.
 
It does not matter if the spacebar is held before you enter the lobby or not, and can be held indefinitely.
 
 
 

Closing notes

• PC: Runescape has to be the focused window.
• Mobile: Runescape has to be the active app.
• Turn on auto-retaliate.
• Silverhawk Boots. are good.
• Scavenging perk could be good here.
• Legendary pet is barely worth using.
• Gold accumulator hardly matters.
• Bonecrusher is borderline redundant.
• Prayer does not matter because you get lobbied every 5 minutes.
• This method has existed since March 1 2021.
