is best choice for stealth, beacuse of its concealment.
(Concealment works similarly to weapon concealment – higher concealment reduces the player’s detection risk, while lower concealment increases the player’s detection risk, changing the starting point of AI’s detection in stealth and increasing/decreasing the time it takes for them to be alerted.)

Throwable:

The Pocket ECM

is a small ECM, that you… well, carry in your pocket, as you could probably tell by the name. It’s a pretty good throwable for stealth, since it blocks calls, cameras, and delays pagers, just like a standard ECM. It lasts for 6 seconds. You get two of them, totalling to 12 seconds of pocket ECM. But be careful, as the cooldown is 100 seconds, and in that period you won’t be able to use the pocket ECM.
