PAYDAY 2 – Best Stealth Build + Best DS/DSOD Builds and Class for Rushing in Game

 

Introduction

Hi im readraid, im a DS/DSOD loud/ECM rushing main. Im more known in the ECM rushing community due to me being featured in a couple marcmb videos but I also play a lot of loud too :).

My previous build guide was *sub optimal* and I got bullied into unlisting it sooooo heres the new one. I will only include builds I’ve played a lot.

Stealth

The good ol’ stealth build, I don’t stealth much but I also use this build if I have to be the second wind player in the diamond store ECM rush. Swap body bags for c4 for the ‘carry build’ in diamond store spam.

Notes:
Secondary can be either locomotive/judge/GSPS 12G
The advantages/disadvantages for each are as follows:
Judge – High ROF, High Damage, Slowest reload (per bullet), Low mag size
Locomotive – High ROF, Low Damage, Fastest Reload (per bullet), Highest mag size, High amount of ammo
GSPS – Low ROF, High Damage, Fast Reloaded (per bullet), Medium mag size
I prefer locomotive but its your choice 🙂

Akimbo Judges are HE to proc second wind for faster escapes.

Anarchist Contractor

Generic anarchist contractor build, payday 2 has trash fps so I don’t like playing snipers bc aiming is like a slideshow sometimes. I don’t really think I have good survivability with this but if you wanna try it out be my guest, its a fun build to run periodically.

Go to about frenzy health, heal 1 armour tick and go back in for 2 more ticks. 95% zerk

My take on the AK17/Mark 10 hacker thing

So yokai did a build, everyone loved it and now everyone plays it. Hacker was never played by me before but now I know that it’s braindead and almost as good as kingpin, very busted. AK17 is a weapon I would’ve never expected to be so powerful but it is so here is my variation on yokai’s build.

In this build when you first play it you may think ‘Omergerd this isn’t ammo efficient!!1!11’ but in fact the fun thing about this build (and a reason why I think a lot of people have so much fun with it) is this playstyle of constantly switching between different weapons so yeh that’s on purpose.

Armourer Rangehitter

Zerking on armourer, I don’t like it. Snipers with over 2 rpm are also fun. This build is cool and quirky and stuff ig.

Notes:
If you REALLY want higher zerk, you can get a guard/light unit/gensec to shoot you once, but thats pain.

Anarchist Akimbo Krinkovs

This builds dps… its like not fair.
Leme give you a breakpoint rn, 171 dmg this breakpoint means you 2 shot a heavy in the body with body expertise ace. Krinkovs shoot twice with 1 click and do 100 damage. That means with 71% zerk you one click a heavy… and this weapon has 822 ROF.

This build was actually given to be by yokai bc he was mad I didn’t have inspire and played ammo bags -_-.

Hacker Akimbo CR

Alright before I get into the build I wanna give my take on the ‘Krinkovs vs CR’ discussion bc full-grown adults are shouting at each other because of pixel gun on their monitors.

Krinkovs – Higher DPS, Harder to modify for good stats
CR – Lower DPS, Easier to modify for good stats
Both good and you should try both 🙂

Alright now to the build, this build is my favorite one at the moment as its just so good, mark 10 is good alone and CR’s are a force. The survivability is crazy and you can easily solo carry something like shackle and have so much fun getting like 20kpm (if your ♥♥♥♥ like me) to 30/40 kpm (if you actually have skill solution).

ECM Rushing Build

Even thought I don’t infamy grind anymore I still participate in high-level ecm rushing frequently which is why you may have seen my name in these videos:

This is the build I use mainly for these rushes. I sometimes just use my normal stealth build if I’m running second wind instead of saw.
