Fix the God awful slow motion framerate stutters, at a cost.
 
 

Fµck you Fromsoft!

Okay now I have that out of the way, lets first discuss the problem. No matter the settings, the game for me atleast stutters like mad during the first real outdoorsy boss fight, slowing down the game speed itself. When running around, the game freezes for a sec and frequently also slow motions down to like 33fps sometimes. I even had 2 several second freezes!
 
 

The Fix?

 
It comes at a cost, but…
 

1. Change the in game settings to Medium
2. Some people get a flicker bug if Anti Aliasing is not High, so crank that back up
3. Close the game
4. Open Nvidia Control Panel
5. Manage 3D Settings
6. Program Settings
7. Add Elden Ring if necessary
8. Change Max FPS to 45fps (its not ideal but its not awful, 30fps was really horrid for me to use so I had to use this as a middle ground).

 

 
 
This is by no means ideal but its better than the game going into slow motion at random whenever you run around or fight enemies/bosses! (It still happens it seems when running around but it feels slightly less awful? Serious I am so upset by this release lol, use 30fps if you want to completely eliminate stutters but hate your eyes).
