Why Nekroz?

Basically Nekroz is a rogue deck that counters Meta Decks that depend heavy on Extra Deck. It plays around Ritual Monsters and using Extra deck has a tribute for them. Most of Nekroz cards have a effect on hand and field so its pretty good to play around control decks that negate effects on field since if they are from extra they will be eventually negates (will talk about it on decklist). It’s a simple deck it has some combos but nothing that’s hard to learn and its kinda easy to new players to pick them up.

2 Combos and Understanding on how to combo with Nekroz

Basically most of the games you want to ritual summon Nekroz Unicore using Nekroz Kaleidoscope and use has a tribute Herald of the arc light so you can search up a free ritual monster or spell.

Example:

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel - Nekroz Guide + Best Combos + Quick Run on a Decklist - 2 Combos and Understanding on how to combo with Nekroz - ECA1D42

You are going first and you don’t have any idea on what your opponent is using, so what you gonna do is use effect of Nekroz of Brionac and discard him to add Nekroz of Unicore, then use Preparation of rites to add Nekroz of Clausolas and use its effect to add Nekroz Kaleidoscope with this card you going to Ritual Summon and use Herald of Arc Light as a tribute then you use Herald of Arc Light effect to add Nekroz of GunGnir so you can end the turn with a Unicore on field, Both Brionac and Clausolas on GY which makes lvl 9 (Trishula) and Gungnir that can make your Unicore survive at least a turn.

Another combo is to all first turn for example you open:

1x Brionac, 1x Impcantation Chalislime, 1xNekroz of Clausolas (or a card to add Ritual Spell to Hand),1xShurit and random card

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel - Nekroz Guide + Best Combos + Quick Run on a Decklist - 2 Combos and Understanding on how to combo with Nekroz - 8A41FA4

With this you can use Nekroz of Brionac effect and add a Nekroz Unicore, use effect of Clausolas and add a Kaleidoscope, Ritual summon Unicore using Herald of the arc light trigger Herald of the Arc Light effect and grab a Nekroz Mirror, then with Chalislime effect (discard Chalislime as a cost ALWAYS) you summon a Talismandra and add Nekroz of Areadbhair to hand, then use Nekroz Mirror to summon Areadbhair and use Shurit effect to be used as the whole cost, after this you trigger Shurit effect on GY and grab either a Nekroz of Trishula to Negate target effects or a brionac depends on how you want to follow up next turn and pretty much you have a Unicore to negate Extra Deck and a Areabhair with Talismandra as a tribute to negate/banish any monster effect that your opponent activates.

Most of the times you want to end with a Unicore on the field + something to either protect him or to follow up next turn. If you have a hard time and your opponent summons a big monster and destroys your field you can always try to summon Trishula so you can get a free ban on field,GY and hand which can help you a lot in many cases. Nekroz ain’t that crazy combos its kinda narrow minded, you just need unicore on field, trishula to deal with hard cards and Areabhair to negate effects or beat high ATK monsters. The Extra deck plays a important role as well since there are a lot of cards that when they go into the GY (in this case you use them to ritual summon) they have effects which can help you out.

Overall

Nekroz is simple deck and fun to play since you can make a lot of meta players made with unicore and trishula, this guide kinda touches a bit of the important stuff that nekroz players need to know but if there is something missing or you have any questions feel free to Comment or Ask with dm’s.
