Hey there, welcome to this post, we will give you information about Sifu – Skill Tree: Focus Attacks, we hope this post will be useful to you.

Skill Tree: Focus Attacks

Focus attacks are unblockable attacks that you can use to escape a tough situation. They require an amount of your focus bar (bottom left of your HUD), and their effects can vary widely. Much like takedowns they all interrupt enemies’ attacks, allowing you the much-needed breathing space. They are best used against enemies who represent the biggest threat (special archetypes and other enemies with the highest HP bars), but they are in essence “get out jail free” cards.
This isn’t a ranking, the order isn’t important.

Eye Strike

Cost: 1 bar

Use case: Universal

Description: Applies Dizzy. It is most effective against enemies that have higher HP than the group. It is useful in 1v1 fights. It is a great weapon to do quick damage or relieve pressure.

Strong Sweep

Cost: 1 Bar

Use case: Crowd control

Description: temporarily takes an opponent out of the fight for a long very time, causing them to lie on the ground for 10 seconds. This allows you to remove the most dangerous enemy from a group fight. Deals decent damage, doesn’t apply dizzy. It is highly recommended that you utilize Strong Sweep when fighting 1v1. This can effectively eat up the focus bar and won’t bring in much. Please don’t make a ground attack following it. Let the enemy lay on the ground.

Calbot

Cost: 1 Bar

Use case: Universal

Description: instantly boosts your score multiplier by one (from 1x – 2x or 2x – 3x). It is very efficient for high-scoring runs as well as creating a style on enemies. It’s also a focus attack, so it won’t interfere with anything the enemies might be doing at the time.

Vertical Strikes

Cost: 2 Bars

Use case: 1v1 fight

Description: This is a more powerful version of Eye Strike. It is a variant of Superdizzy. This allows you to combine your target over longer durations of times. This is especially beneficial when combined with longer attacks such as Chasing Strikes or Raining Strikes.

Face Smash

Cost: 1 bar

Use case: 1v1 fight

Description: Causes a lot damage. superdizzy. causes a lot of damage.

Thigh cut

Cost: 1 Bar

Use case: 1v1 fights

Description: can cause a ton of damage, but that’s about it.

360 Swing

Cost: 1 Bar

Use case: Universal, but mostly crowd control

Description: Knocks your target down, dealing damage to them. Also, has an AoE effect that targets nearby enemies.

Double Palm

Cost: 2 Bars

Use case: Universal?

Description: Can’t do anything other than to push an opponent away. However, it can cause with a lot of damage when the pushed enemy hits walls. Even with that, I don’t think it is worth the effort.
