Don’t worry babe, happens to a lot of games. Follow this guide to (hopefully) fix your update so modders aren’t being harassed.
 
 

Look at me, I am the Guide now.

This happens with lots of workshop games when they get updates. Follow these steps to guarantee a fresh new version of your mod.
 
 
1. Start the game.
 
 
2. Go to the Mods section of the main menu.
 
 
3. Move the mods that haven’t updated properly to the inactive list on the left.
 
 
4. Click on each mod and click the unsubscribe button.
 
 
5. Quit out of Rim World.
 
 
6. Resubscribe to each mod through STEAM.
 
 
7. Start Rim World, go back to the Mods section.
 
 
8. Load the mods back in, being careful to load stuff in the right order (I hope).
 
 
9. When the game asks, restart the game to load your newly updated mods!
 
 
10. Go back to your cannibal jamboree/organ farm/mole people/stoner druids/space egalitarian/ bug stomping shenanigans.
 
 
Note: STEAM acts weird when games allow it to update in-game.
 
 
Also, please be nice to mod makers, they are doing this for fun, so be nice to them so they have fun, too!
