Banshee

 
Hunts over 70% Sanity 
 
 

Oni

 
Becomes crazy when you enter its room with 4 people (1 person still works) 
 
 

Poltergeist

 
Uses its power of closing multiple doors and throwing multiple items 
 
 

Phantom

 
Checking your sanity after a ghost manifestation 
Taking a photo of the ghost during a manifestation and having it count but you cannot see the actual ghost in the photo 
 
 

Demon

 
Can become very aggressive at some points (particularly at low sanity) 
Can chain hunt much more often than other ghosts 
 
 

Wraith

 
Shining a UV Light on Salt when it has disturbed it and seeing no footprints 
 
 

Mare

 
Turns power box and lights off frequently 
Doesn’t hunt often at below 50% sanity when the lights in the ghost room are on 
 
 

Jinn

 
Runs at the speed of a Revenant but slows down when near you 
Likes electronics more than any other ghost type (this does not instantly mean it’s a Jinn, rather it has a high chance to be one) 
 
 

Revenant (Smudge Stick Strategy)

 
Runs very fast towards you (make sure to smudge once it comes near you) 
 
 

Spirit

 
Spirits are usually very active and crazy 
 
 

Shade

 
Does not start a hunt ( >1 people must be in the ghost room) 
Is very shy 
 
 

Yurei

 
Very similar to the Phantom, Yureis drain your sanity more overall during a manifestation
