Welcome to Persona 3 Portable – Schedule for Female Protagonist Guide
This guide offers the female protagonist a schedule that will guarantee you can max out all social links, complete all requests, and find and save every missing person throughout your first game. Because the player’s time is so restricted, you should pay special attention to this advice.
Social Stats / Qualities
There are three social stats (referred to as social qualities according to achievements) in Persona 3: Academic, Charm, and Courage.
After performing specific actions, the player can level them up, with each one starting at rank 1, and maxing out at rank 6.
It’s critical to boost your social stats as soon as possible because some social links have social stat requirements for advancement. Additionally, P3P added a feature to the Charm social stat that grants the player an extra social point multiplier that stacks with using a complementary persona, allowing for a maximum multiplier of 2.28x!
Here are the majority, if not all, of the activities that will boost your social stats:
Academic
*In order to gain academic points for this walkthrough, you must stay awake when prompted for class (sleeping can provide you with great condition, but social stats is more important early)

*You’ll be reloading your save fairly often to maintain your tired status between days so that you can visit the clinic multiple days.
Matching Social Link Personas
Having a persona that matches the social link you’re interacting with will provide a 1.51x multiplier to all social points that you earn. Therefore it is extremely important that you carry a matching persona at all times (aside from a few, such as Devil and Moon, who do not require social points to rank up). While it’s generally not necessary until after reaching rank 2 of any social link, it’s best to do so just in case.
This walkthrough assumes the player will always carry a matching persona during the following activities:
- Meeting with a social link
- Fortune drawing at the shrine for a social link
- Accepting phone call from a social link
- Going out for a walk at night and meet with the corresponding social link
- Going to movie festivals and other activities with a social link
There may be times where you’ll miss your chance to bring a matching persona, so here are some suggestions that will help avoid that from happening:
- Tartarus: Revise your personas before leaving Tartarus so you’ll have the right personas for the next few days.
- Vacations: When there’s a vacation, read ahead and see what personas you’ll need during and AFTER the vacation. You may have a meeting right after a vacation without being given a chance to switch out personas
- Sunday & movie outings: These happen right after you wake up and won’t give you a chance to rearrange your personas, so make sure you have a matching persona the night before.
- Walk at night: Walking at night with Koromaru will grant points to his social link, Strength, so remember to bring a Strength persona. Furthermore, if you’ll be meeting another social link during the walk, prepare that social link’s persona as well.

4/20 Fool – SEES
Automatic advancement.
4/23 Magician – Iori Junpei
Junpei is in the classroom 2-F. Available on Tue and Thu day time.
4/24 Chariot – Iwasaki Rio
You have until 5/26 to join a sports club. If you still have not joined one by 5/27, you will be forced to. Choosing which club doesn’t matter. Rio is in the corridor outside classroom 2-F. Available on Mon, Wed, Fri daytime.
4/25 Hierophant – Bunkichi & Mitsuko
The couple own the bookstore at Iwatodai, which open on 4/25. To initiate their social link, you need to first talk to them and be asked about a persimmon tree. Go back to your school and examine the tree for a persimmon leaf, and bring it back to them. Available on Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun daytime.
*Note that Bunkichi will be one of the victims that get lost in Tartarus. You can read about him missing on 9/12 at the police station. You have to rescue him on the 120th floor by 10/4 or this social link will be locked.
4/27 Emperor – Student Council
On 4/27 Mitsuru will appoint you to serve in the student council. The entrance is on the 2nd floor of school, and the council meets on Mon, Wed, Fri daytime.
4/28 Lovers – Takeba Yukari
Yukari is in the classroom 2-F. Available on Tue, Fri daytime.
5/6 Temperance – Exchange Student
*Requires Academic Rank 2.
*Flag: Need to meet with the student during Hierophant Rank 3 event.
The student is in the club room accessible from the 2nd floor corridor. He’s available on Tue, Wed, Fri daytime.
5/8 Hermit – Library/Student Health Committee
Available on Tue, Thu. Located at the 2nd floor corridor of school.
5/11 Hanged Man – Maiko
*Flag: You will need to buy a Mad Bull and Weird Takoyaki. Talk to Maiko with them on 5/6 or later to initiate the social link.
She’s at the park next to the shrine, available on Mon, Wed, Sat daytime.
*Note: Maiko will be one of the victims that get lost in Tartarus. You can read about her missing on 10/21 at the police station. You have to rescue her on the 149th floor by 11/3 or this social link will be locked.
5/14 Tower – Mutatsu
*Requires Courage Rank 4
*Flag: When Chariot reaches rank 3, talk to Rio and she’ll talk about a drinking monk. Then on 5/14, visit the bar at the mall. Finish the order for the bar tender, then talk to the monk.
The monk is available on Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun night time.
5/23 Devil – Shopping Channel Host
*Requires Charm Rank 2
*Flag: Talk to Hermit after rank 2 to learn about this host. Visit him at the mall and pay him on three different days, 20000, 10000, and 10000 yen.
He’s available on Tue, Sat night time.
5/25 Star – Sanada Akihiko
*Requires Charm Rank 4
Akihiko is at the 1st floor corridor of school. He’s available on Mon, Fri daytime.
6/12 Death – Mysterious Boy
Automatic advancement.
6/15 Priestess – Yamagishi Fụuka
*Requires Courage Rank 2
She’s available on Mon, Thu, Sat daytime.
8/9 Sun – Kamiki Akinari
*Requires Academic Rank 4
*Flag: Learn about this social link during Hanged Man rank 4 event. Then on any Sunday, talk to Akinari and learn about him losing a red fountain pen. After Koromaru joins the team, talk to Koromaru at night and recover the pen. Take the pen to Akinari to start the social link.
He’s available on Sunday daytime.
8/15 Strength – Koromaru
*Flag: After Priestess social link has been initiated, talk to Fụuka at night to get some dog food. Give that to Koromaru to start the link.
Koromaru is available on Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, and holidays at night time.
9/1 Justice – Amada Ken
*Requires Courage Rank 6 (MAX)
Ken is at the dorm lounge, available on Tue and Thu night time.
9/7 Moon – Aragaki Shinjiro
Shinjiro is at the dorm lounge, available on Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat night time.
11/9 Fortune – Mochizuki Ryoji
The initiation of this link is automatic. Ryoji usually schedules the meetings with you. But sometimes, you’ll have to reach out to him, he can be found in classroom 2-F.
11/21 Empress – Kirijo Mitsuru
*Requires Academic Rank 6 (MAX)
She’s available on Tue, Thu, Sat daytime at school, 1st floor in front of the staff room.
12/31 Judgment – SEES
Automatic advancement.

The table is divided into days, with each day containing a day section and a night section. Each bullet point is one step you’ll need to do in that specific order until moving onto the next (except for save & reload, where you need to check the message during date change for whether you need to reload).
For social link rank up responses and class/exam answers, numbers represent the option to choose, and “A” represents any.
When you see brackets “[]” in response choices, that represents consequence choices. Here’s an example:
- a[1: Lover flags #1]: This indicates you can pick any answer, but the first one will be a lover flag, which is a prerequisite if you wish to become that social link’s lover at the final ranks of the social link. If you opt for friendship, pick anything other than that choice.
“Points required for next rank” will always be displayed for each social link rank up interaction, and will serve as a guideline for you to know how close you’ll be to the next rank up.
“Points got” provides three numbers: (1) / (2) / (3)
(1) Is the base social points you earn assuming you do not have a matching persona or any charm
(2) Is the social points you can earn assuming you have a matching persona OR max charm
(3) Is the social points you can earn with a matching persona AND max charm
*Use points info to know whether you need to bring a matching persona.
Side Quests (Requests & Missing People)
You’ll be expected to complete all your Tartarus-related side quests (Elizabeth / Theodore Requests & Missing People) every time you visit Tartarus during this schedule.
