Fallout 4 – MAX SURVIVAL SPECIAL

Introduction

 
You can achieve much more SPECIAL than 10 without console and mods. Today we will get there together in this guide. Our goal is use EVERYTHING possible natural ways to maximize the outcome. Please fasten your seatbelts!

S.P.E.C.I.A.L

 
As you propably know the only basic way how to get stats over 10 is take bobblehead 10+1=11, but there is “You’re SPECIAL!” child book in your home under the crib which can raise you stats up to ten. 
 
This book can be duplicated, every copy let you increase one of your skill. With this knowledge we can go over the max cap once we temporarily lowered our SPECIAL with: 
 
– Armor 
– Alcohol 
– Drugs 
– Survival negative effects (Sleep, Thirst, Hunger) 
 
You need to learn how to duplicate. 
 
I prefer to do this with conveyor belts, you can even make automatic circuit. I recommend to see this method on youtube. Let me explain it in a short way. If you drop someting on runing conveyor belt which have at the end conveyor storage attached to it, you can take the droped item just before is stored, then you get one free copy. This is variation of dogmeat duplication method. 
 
As far as i know drug addiction negative effects cannot be used in order to get stats over maximum, but i never tested it. 
 
 

Character Preparation

 
Its not easy to get everything at start, so you can maximize your stats one by one in phases. Just put everything to 10 and go find stuff you need and keep in mind: 
 
DON’T TAKE ANY BOBBLEHEADS BEFORE THIS METHOD OR YOU GONNA LOOSE ONE POSSIBLE EXTRA POINT FROM BOBBLEHEAD 
 
PERKS 
 
Party Boy Rank 2 – Level 13 
Party Boy Rank 2 – Level 15 – Doubling the effects of alcohol (including negative effects) 
 
Chemist Rank 2 – Level 14 
Chemist Rank 2 – Level 16 – If you wanna craft Fury

-6 Incapacitated (Survival Max Sleep Debuff) 
-2 Day Tripper (Drug) 
 
PERCEPTION 99 
 
-7 Severely Dehydrated (Survival Max Thirst Debuff) 
-5 Fury (Drug) 
-7 Drugged Water (Effects are stacking, can be duplicated to infinite) 
 
I recommend to completely avoid Drugged water and stay with -12 Debuff = 22 Perception. 
This is enough for 95% V.A.T.S. accuracy which cant be higher. The maximum potencial of PERCEPTION bonus is at 10. Plus even if you are heavily debuffed you have really good reserve. And finaly you dont have to go search this messy water.

It’s up to you, how much perception you need. Perception does, however, increase accuracy in V.A.T.S. by 10% per point invested into it, but V.A.T.S. accuracy cannot go above 95%.
