Take him to the Church of Elleh. Now allocate ur estus to all magic if ur a magic user
 
Allow him to knock down the walls with his horse
 
Now with Either Magic or Arrows get to the top of the broken wall to the Right of the bondfire ( side with the vender) and Fire away at him
 
and if u run out of magic/Arrows and welp get out ur sword and hope u dont get Cleaved in half
