Troubleshooting and a*sistance

If you’re having difficulty finding your friends online, make sure they’re logged in to Steam Friends & Chats.

If you are unable invite a friend, make sure that both of your Steam clients are running the latest version. If you’ve opted into the Steam Beta client, you can opt out and restart Steam.

Remote Play cannot be started If Remote Play is disabled (by default). Go to Steam Settings > Remote play and enable Remote Play.

If you are using firewalls, make sure Steam is able to listen to these ports: UDP ports 27331 and 27036, as well as TCP ports 27336 and 27037.
