Not only will this give you it’s location and way to catch it, it will show you much more to w̸̦̠̙̣͆̔͆̒̉h̴̙̞̬̋͝͝ạ̷͂̎͆t̶̜͊ ̶̨̈́́̌̈́͊ͅt̵͓̪̜͌́́̅ẖ̶̠̠̗̠̽̀̂͗͛i̸̢̗̥͛͐̋s̵̗̹̤͓͔̐͑͒͌ ̸̛͈́͑̽̋w̶̬̬͕͎̍͂̅́͝ͅo̴̤͓̾͠ŗ̵̢̮͙͎̍̕l̶͇̲̭̫͍̈͛̋̄͝d̵͇͖̫̪̉͑ͅ ̶̦̤̞̳̎́h̵̼̯̝͇́ȧ̵̧̀s̵̹̩̽̆̎͘ͅ ̷̙͇̘̈́t̵̩̏̍̓͑ò̸͎͛̚ ̷̞̭̙̞̊̿̊͂͝ǭ̷̯̱̫̠̇̀̅͝f̶̨͕̭̓̿͂̇̕ḟ̵̧̪̗̅́̓̈ë̴͉͋̀r̷͎̀.̷̙̖͓͇̚.̷͉̐̔

(IMPORTANT!)

If you haven’t already, please gain access to The Isle of Bigsnax and the Launchpad. This is required in order to get to the secret Bugsnax location. This bugsnax also is not needed for the achievement of getting all the bugsnax, this is purely for true completion or fun.

Gaining access and locating the Bugsnax.

The first thing you need to do is use the campfire to light up all the “flares” pedestals that go to the right side of the Bigsnax Island, continue to go to the right side until you reach the residental area of the civilization where that big pie bugsnax is. Light up the flare next to this door and the door will open.

You will gain a key within the room you just opened, a very s̴̖͒͛̊͂ţ̷̱͋́͋͠ŕ̸͔͙̘̬̌́͜͠ą̷͎̰̲͓̣̍̑̇̏̚n̵̮͚͉͒̑̈̈́̾̈́̕ǵ̷̩̬̳̫͈̖̎e̵͓͆̈̈́̉̽ key.. A key so strange that you get an item in your mailbox!

Take the key you acquired and go to the Boiling Bay, hop on top of the pirate ship and get to the front of it and jump.

The Triplicate Space

Welcome, to T̴̖̒h̸̗͂e̸̲͌ ̶̢̽T̴̩̾ŕ̵̢i̵͇͘p̴̣̉l̸͚͠í̷͉ć̷̩a̴̛͉t̵̮͘ȩ̴̽ ̸̪́Ś̷̺p̵̩͝a̶̖̕ć̷͓e̸̢̐.

You will be met with a recorder and a corridor. Walking down this corridor will lead you to a room with 2 paths. Take whichever one you desire first.

The Left Path

In this room you will see multiple statues, the objective of this puzzle is to make all the statues stare at eachother across the room. Every statue you touch, will move the statues next to them. If you head further into the room, there will be a button where you can redo it from the start in case you get stuck. Once completed, at the end of the room windows will reveal themselves and a button next to it will help open the closed center room.

The Right Path

In this room, you will be met with only a few statues this time around. The first thing you want to do is point all the statues until they are facing the object, after that, a door on the left will begin to show itself. Adjust each individual statue again until they open parts of the door. Once done, you have access to a lore room and another button in the back of the room. Push this button, and head to the center room.

The Bugsnax

The center door can now be open, in the room will be the secret bugsnax, Cappucceetle a best friend of this mysterious grumpus. They are also the fastest, most evasive, and only bugsnax that can run into different regions if spooked.

You cannot catch them in the room, they will run away by default but don’t worry, take your time to look around, chasing after it won’t give you an advantage. (It can be found in Boiling Bay, Flavor Falls, Sizzling Sands, and or Frosted Peak.) It unfortunately cannot be stopped by the Snak Trap or even the Trip Shot and you CANNOT get close to it or else you will scare it. It must be stunned/stopped by another bugsnax, it needs to be grabbed or hit then you can catch them with your net.

Ta-dah! You have the secret bugsnax! This unfortunately does not give you an achievement, but it’s nice to have a fully completed bugsnax journal! Also if you want another one of these bugsnax, you can just head back to the area and awaken them again after getting some sleep.

The Secret Ending and The End of the Guide.

After all this is done, you can play through the ending again, and you will get a new piece of dialogue from the mysterious grumpus. All that’s left now is to put this guide to a close, I wish you best of luck capturing Cappucceetle!
