Step 1

Right-click on the beat saber icon, then select properties.

Step 2

Click on properties, then click on ‘betas.’ Click on ‘beta involvement’, then select the only option from the drop-down menu which is the old build.

That’s it.

After you click on the legacy build in the ‘betas’ section, your game will be updated which will restore it to the original version and allow mods. You will be restored to 1.29.1.

The game will not update until you quit the old build on the “properties – betas” page.
