Valheim – How to level workbench to 2 and to 3

Materials needed

From workbench level 1 to level 2 =

• x10 wood 
• x10 flint 
• x1 workbench (just the same one you already crafted and placed)

From workbench level 2 to level 3 =

• x10 wood 
• x15 flint 
• x20 leather scraps 
• x5 deer hide 
• x1 workbench (just the same one you already crafted and placed)

All together =

• x20 wood 
• x25 flint 
• x20 leather scraps 
• x5 deer hide 
• x1 workbench (just the same on you already crafted and placed

 
 
Go anywhere near the shore, here is an example of what you’ll be looking for. 
 
 
 

WARNING: shoreline typically impacted by hostile entities

Crafting time and placement and level 2 workbench

Take your materials you gathered and create:

• x1 chopping block

Then place the chopping block near the workbench (yes you can place on the other side of walls)

CONGRATZ! Level 2 workbench was unlocked

Crafting time and placement and level 3 workbench

Take your materials you gathered and create:

• x1 tanning rack

Then place the tanning rack near the workbench (yes you can place on the other side of walls)

CONGRATZ! Level 3 workbench was unlocked

TLDR

Farm: 
x20 wood 
x25 flint 
x20 leather scraps 
x5 deer hide 
x1 workbench (just the same on you already crafted and placed) 
 
Create and place a chopping block near workbench 
 
Create and place a tanning rack near workbench 
 
done!
