How to Install the patch

Go to that page and download the patch

Unzip the patch using 7-zip or winrar

Go to your Steam Library, right click Trap Genesis and go to Properties > Browse

Drag the patch.xp3 file into Trap Genesis’ main folder

If you did it correctly your window will now have R-18 Ver. at the end of it
