This is the case if Skald still holds the title of jarl. Note: This flavor is only available to those at least level 22. If you’re the thane, you will receive a housecarl called Gregor. It is located south of Whiterun, near the Pale (you can see Dragonsreach). The closest landmarks are Tower of Mzark and Loreius Farm.
This plot of land can be purchased in Falkreath from Jarl’s Longhouse by the Steward of Falkreath. It is located just north of Pinewatch.
This plot of land is located in Hjaalmarch and can be purchased from Morthal, the steward at Highmoon Hall. If Idgrod remains jarl, you must first complete the quest Laid to rest before you are allowed to buy the property. You’ll be given a housecarl named Valdimar if you’re the thane. It is located north of the hold and not far from Solitude. The closest landmarks to it are Ustengrav, and the Abandoned Shackle.
