The solution

The simple solution is:

1 – Press Win+ R

2 – Type regedit. Enter

3 – Now locate the directory: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International

4 – Change LocaleName from whatever was to en-gb English.

German – de-DE

Spanish – es-ES

French – frFR

Italian – it-IT

Polish – pl.

Russian – ru-RU

If you have any issues with your OS language, simply revert the changes.
