I made this guide to make finding the cards you want for sandbox easier. All cards are sorted by type, then rarity, then alphabetically.

 
 

Bullet Cards

 
Common: 

  • Big Bullet: Adds a large ring around bullets, greatly increasing their hitbox, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Burst: +2 bullets, +3 ammo, -60% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Cold Bullets: +70% bullet slow, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Combine: +100% damage, -2 ammo, +.5 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Dazzle: Bullets stun the opponent multiple times, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Fastball: +250% bullet speed, -50% attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Fast Forward: Bullets travel to their default destination 100% faster, +30% reload speed. 
     
  • Poison: Bullets deal damage over 3 seconds, +60% damage, +30% reload speed. 
     
  • Quick Shot: +150% bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Steady Shot: +40% HP, +100% bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Timed Detonation: Bullets spawn sticky bombs that explode after half a second on impact, -15% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Wind Up: +100% bullet speed, +60% damage, -100% attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time.

 
Uncommon: 

  • Barrage: +4 bullets, +5 ammo, -70% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Buckshot: +4 bullets, +5 ammo, -60% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Careful Planning: +100% damage, -100% attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Explosive Bullets: Bullet explodes on impact, -100% attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Grow: Bullet damage increases with distance traveled, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Mayhem: +5 bullet bounces, -15% damage, +.5 reload time. 
     
  • Parasite: Bullets deal damage over 5 seconds, +50% life steal, +30% HP, +25% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Riccochet [Ricochet]: Bullets lose half of their speed when they bounce, +2 bullet bounces, +25% attack speed, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Spray: +1000% attack speed, +12 ammo, -75% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. [secretly decreases accuracy.] 
     
  • Target Bounce: Bullets heat-seek after each bounce, +1 bullet bounce, -20% damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Thruster: Bullets have thrusters that push targets, +.25 seconds reload time.

 
Rare: 

  • Demonic Pact: Shooting costs 10HP, removes shooting cooldown, +9 bullets, +2 splash damage, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Drill Ammo: Bullets drill through walls for 7m, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Remote: Steer bullet with right stick/mouse, -40% bullet speed, +.25 seconds reload time. (Don’t combine with faster bullets for the sake of your sanity.) 
     
  • Toxic Cloud: Bullets spawn a poison cloud on impact (approx. 5.5 sec), clouds deal damage and slow (default 200 damage total), -25% damage, -20% attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Trickster: Bullets deal 80% more damage per bounce, +2 bullet bounces, -20% damage, +.5 reload time.

 
 
 

Block Cards

 
Common: 

  • Frost Slam: Slows enemies around you when you block, +30% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Healing Field: Blocking creates a healing field, +30% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down.

 
Uncommon: 

  • Bombs Away: Throw six small bombs downwards when you block, +30% HP, +.25 
     
  • seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Echo: Blocking triggers another slightly delayed block, +30% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • EMP: Blocking Spawns a ring of very low damage slowing projectiles, +30% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Implode: Blocking pulls enemies towards you, +50% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Overpower: Deals 15% of your maximum HP to enemies around you when you block, +30% HP, +.25 block cool down. 
     
  • Radar Shot: Blocking automatically shoots at enemies within approx. 5m, +30% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Shield Charge: Blocking launches you forward and gives you a second automatic block upon ending the charge, +.25 block cool down. 
     
  • Shock Wave: Blocking pushes enemies away, +50% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Silence: Blocking silences enemies nearby, +25% HP, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Static Field: Blocking creates a field that slows and deals damage, +.25 block cool down.

 
Rare: 

  • Saw: Blocking spawns a saw around you for a short while (2 sec, 100 damage total), +30% HP, +.25 block cool down. 
     
  • Supernova: Blocking spawns a field that pulls enemies in and stuns after a while, +50% HP, +.5 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Tactical Reload: Blocking reloads your weapon, +.25 seconds blocking cool down. 
     
  • Teleport: Blocking teleports you forward, -30% block cool down.

 
 
 

Active Utilities

 
Uncommon 

  • Brawler: +200 HP for 3 seconds after dealing damage. 
     
  • Chase: +60% movement when moving towards the opponent. 
     
  • Scavenger: Dealing damage reloads your weapon, +.5 reload time.

 
Rare 

  • Abyssal Countdown: Stand still for approx. 12 seconds to block all bullets and attract/damage enemies for approx. 5.5 seconds. 
     
  • Chilling Presence: Slightly slow nearby enemies, +25% HP. 
     
  • Empower: Blocking increases the damage and speed of your next shot; the shot also triggers any on-block abilities where it lands, +.25 seconds block cool down. 
     
  • Life Stealer: Steal hp from your opponent when near, +25% HP. 
     
  • Phoenix: Respawn once on death, -35% HP. 
     
  • Radiance: Spawn damaging sun waves when reloading, the rate increases during the reload sequence, +30% HP. 
     
  • Refresh: You get block back when [you] deal damage. 
     
  • Shields Up: Firing your last bullet triggers a block, disables continuous reloading, +.5 reload time, +.5 block cool down. 
     
  • Taste Of Blood: +50% movement speed for 3 seconds after dealing damage.

 
 
 

Passive Utilities

 
Common 

  • Huge: +80% HP. 
     
  • Leech: +75% bullet life steal, +30% HP. 
     
  • Tank: +100% HP, -25% attack speed, +.5 seconds reload time.

 
Uncommon 

  • Decay: Damage done to you is spread out over 4 seconds, +50% HP. 
     
  • Defender: +30% block cool down, +30% HP. 
     
  • Glass Cannon: +100% damage, -100% HP, +.25 seconds reload time. 
     
  • Quick Reload: -70% reload time. 
     
  • Sneaky: Bullets avoid the ground, +.25 seconds reload time.

 
Rare 

  • Prisitne [Pristine] Perseverance: +400 HP when above 90% HP.

 
 
 

Outro

 
FYI, whenever this game says “nearby,” it usually means about 5m.
