I have searched the internet for many maps, but never found the one that suits my needs.
 
So I decided to make a new one. It was interesting to me and I decided to make it.

To get started

These are the map options
 
 

• Green (default) – Searching for goods at the ports
• Purple : The map showing possible treasure locations in the game

This menu opens when you reach the page (, or click on the green button).
 
 

 
 
This is the search menu. Clicking on any of the resource icons will change its color and display more information.
 
 

• Ports where this resource can be manufactured
• Ports that produce this resource (but not the)
• If you need the resource to create other goods, the menu expands so that you can get the related recipes

Let's go look for wood

Let's imagine that we are proud lumberjacks. Our stocks are growing to the point that the storekeeper is able to sound the alarm.
 
 
I click on the wood icon.
 
 

 
 
Okay, we can do tools and metal.
 
 
Let's take a look at the map and see which ports can produce wood like us and which ports don't need it.
 
 

 
 
I will be able create a trade route to all those yellow ports… the problem is that my knowledge of the Caribbean is limited.
 
 
Don't panic: By placing your mouse on a port on the map, a small window will open and give me the name of the city and the goods it manufactures.

I knew that it would be useful to give money to strangers for a piece paper!
 
 
But I don't know where this coast is.
 
 
The purple button is a great help here. It displays an alternate map showing the locations of the treasures.
