Recently started I have to play with different Perk Decks. Still believe I do in the supremacy of Rogue and the cowardice in using Armorer and Anarchist. But found out I have that some other Perk Decks despite being unviable for DSOD really fun to use they can be! My latest discovery Sicario it is. Always ignored it I have because of the low amount of base dodge it gives. How ******* foolish of me. Even Jedi Masters such as myself can make mistakes.
Update 203 introduced a few things. New weapons to play with and new cosmetic trash for Infamy. However one particular mask the update added inspired me it did to revisit https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2173892521 and improve it in almost every way.
Get some Doritos and Mountain Dew my Younglings. Borrow your sister’s makeup to become a clown (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2386646770). Dust off that oversized trenchcoat you wore in High School and prepare a list of racial slurs and crime statistics. We have women and minorities to harass.

PERK DECK AND PLAYSTYLE
When climbed over Emperor Trump’s unfinished wall Sangres did, brought with him he did his sexy pair of revolvers, his sexy machete and his own Perk Deck. Sicario is a dodge oriented Perk Deck that instead of allowing you to brute force your way through Heat Street and Goat Simulator on DSOD (much to the anger and chagrin of mouthbreathing /r/paydaytheheist users who take this game way too much ******* seriously) it encourages a more slow gameplay. Makes you stick to cover more often and take things more slowly.
What does the Perk Deck also gives you to help with that? Smoke Grenades!
Throw one of these babies and you and all teammates inside the smoke gets 50% extra bullet evasion! NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH DODGE YOU IDIOTS. Really great it is for fixing a broke d*ck piece of sh*t drill while under heavy fire or when forced you are to camp in a corner to protect an objective or something. Also Joker in old Batman comics did use gas in many different ways, so smoke grenades aren’t out of character too much!
Smoke Grenades have a cooldown period of 60 seconds. Really long it is to not make it overpowered. Lowered by 1 second with every kill you score it is. But with the Pay2Win shotgun the new DLC added, getting kills easy it will be… Mehahahaha!!!

SKILLS (MASTERMIND)
No skill points to use for Medic Bags I’m afraid (Sorry Dallas). But worry you must not, Younglings. With all the other skills and the weapons we will use… Medic Bags need you won’t!
Health regenerating Jokers a must they are for high difficulties, both for distracting cops and Murkies and to restore some of your health (duh).
“But Master Yoda!” asking you are. “Why are we acing Joker? Isn’t Joker Aced useless and a complete waste of points?”. Correct you are. Joker Aced is ******* useless.

SKILLS (ENFORCER)
Shotgun skills for our main weapon and Overkill Aced to make both our weapons a pair of murdering monsters.
Shock and Awe Aced to deal with those ****** annoying Shields and Bullseye because why not. Feel free to swap Die Hard with Transporter if you want idk idfc
SKILLS (TECHNICIAN)
Destined to be permavirgins forever, all gamers are. So no drill skills! But that’s ok for me, need them I don’t when doin’ your mom I am! Mehahahahaha!!!!!!
SKILLS (GHOST)
Improving Sicario’s base dodge as best we can here with Sneaky Bastard.
And combining we are Overkill Aced with Low Blow Aced for maximum autism.
These two skills combined turn our weapons they will in total weapons of mass destruction with powers surpassed only by Joker’s hatred of women and minorities.
SKILLS (FUGITIVE)

Buckets of cash Overkill needs to make Payday 3. What is the best zero-effort way for them to make money? RELEASE NEW DLCs WITH OP OVERPOWERED WEAPONS!
Introducing the Mosconi 12G Tactical Shotgun. AKA the straight Pay2Win upgrade of the underwhelming Reinfeld 880. More ammo, faster rate of fire, more damage and higher base concealment. This weapon is just begging to be abused, and abuse it we will!
