OUTRIDERS – How to fix lag spike/stuttering

Run on DirectX11

 
When starting the game choose [ Play Outriders as DirectX11 ]. You can also add [ -force -dx11 ] to steam launch option via Properties -> Launch option to force the game into DirectX11. 
 
 
If above doesn’t work, also check this out 
– Check if NVIDIA Game Ready is on the lastest update 
– Try aswell to unplug controllers, make sure controller is supported 
– Go to Virus & threat protection settings -> manage settings -> scroll down to EXCLUSIONS -> Add exclusion and add Folder -> steamapps\common\OUTRIDERS 
 
 
– Disabling Nvidia photo mode with geforce experience. Just disable it with whatever keys you binded on to pull up overlay and disable it. Default key [Alt + Z]
