Hey there, fellow gamers! Ever wondered how to ace your room designs in that cool game where exploration and construction are key? Well, let me spill the beans on my strategy for moving from the cozy Mage’s Study to the grand Mage’s Tower. It’s all about building smart!

Here’s the game plan: start with a wall and pop in some diagonal stairs at the bottom left or right. This nifty move gets you an Elevated, Towered, Lofted, Skewed, and Private room – talk about a sweet setup!

Let’s break it down step-by-step:

1. Kick off with a workshop for a fab +25% bonus. Who wouldn’t want that, right?
2. Next, add a bookshelf, and bam! You’ve got a Mage’s Study rocking a 100% completion score. Oh, and throw in a dummy door for some extra flair.
3. Time to level up! Grab a Scrivener’s Desk, and you’re in Mage’s Tower territory with a whopping 200% boost. This is where your room goes from skewed to towering awesome.
4. Finish strong with Roof Decoration and Large bookshelves. Now you’re looking at a jaw-dropping 400% boost without the hassle of moving or rebuilding.

   

Quick tip: Without arch support, the wall holds up a 4-length floor, perfect for your Research station and bookshelves. Add arch support, and you’ve got extra room for more cool stuff after some research.

Managing Croas

So, you’re in the mid-game and those pesky Croas are wreaking havoc, right? Used to be, I’d zoom around maps, find ’em, select all, and go on a delete or hunt spree. But hey, I found a smarter way through the resource tab. Let me show you:

1. Open just a few categories you want to keep an eye on.
2. Hit Croa Nest in the list, and it’ll cycle through all nests on your map. When those numbers pop up, just press “del” on your keyboard, and you’re good to go.
3. Now, kick back and relax. Watch your minions do their thing without stressing over those birdies.

By the way, don’t bother with Scarecroa – it’s not all that. Sure, it shoos Croas back to their nests, but then they turn into Spectral Croas and wreck your Scarecroa. Trust me, taking them out is your best bet.
