To get the secret ending, you have to find the 3 photos scattered around the Headquarters map.
 
 
The photos are located in these 3 places.
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
After you pick up the photos, the phone at the entry will start ringing,and when you answer it you’ll get the secret ending.
