Tutorial

First off, you need to complete 20 to 30 jobs. There are a hundred jobs to finish for the achievement for Perfection (100% completed and perfect jobs).
 
 
All of your tools unlock randomly in the Jobs. HGTV Homes count, but I am waiting for combining HGTV with Homes.

To be allowed to purchase HGTV Homes, you need to first complete a job and have the desired income to purchase it. The first house starts at $118,000. You will need a little more than that. Set yourself up for $200,000.
