Introduction
This is a guide to all the achievements in Fallen Hero: Rebirth, including hidden achievements! They’re in roughly chronological order, let me know if I’ve made a mistake or something is unclear.
I got most of my methods for some of the more obscure achievements from here, https://forum.choiceofgames.com/t/fallen-hero-rebirth-achievements-and-gameplay-questions/36575/12
If something’s not working for you you can try searching that thread
Chapter One/Two/Three
Step One / Two / Three / Four / Five / Six:
You’ll get these automatically playing through the game
Mirror Images:
- Make MC and the puppet have the same gender, ethnicity, eye colour, hair colour, and hair style
- A Blow to Their Pride / Ripples on the Water:
- In Chapter 1
- Collect the box yourself
- Pause to listen
- Telepathically push him to escalate
- Push the crowd to riot (you’ll get Ripples on the Water at this point)
Later, defeat the heroes at the gala
Oooops:
Overload the sentry at the Psychopathor fight with less than 60 strength or distract him with less than 60 subtle manipulation. You can also join the WolfPack and fight the Re-Gene, but don’t kill him if you want to make sure you get this achievement
Who Dares, Wins:
Join the WolfPack at the Psychopathor fight and successfully defeat the Re-Gene
I’m Getting Too Old for This:
Get hurt fighting the Psychopathor. The easiest way to do this is to try to fight the Re-Gene
Like It’s Hard:
Don’t get hurt during the Psychopathor fight. Play to your higher stats, avoid fighting the Re-Gene, and getting Rosie/Boris’s help seems to do it
Yoink:
Have the puppet train either aikido or boxing, and disarm Dr Mortum when they threaten you with a gun
Dive Too Deep:
When you first see Ortega again, say that you are still a telepath and agree to enter LAdy Argent’s mind
Flashbacks
The following achievements have to do with Sidestep’s reputation
To increase your reputation:
- Tell Ortega you don’t want to register as a hero
- In the flashback fight with Psychopathor, either jump out yourself or, if you’re a tactician, mentally distract
- In the Heartbreak flashback, say either people need your help, or the team needs your help.
- When fighting Heartbreak, either think about your friends, or shoot it
Telling Ortega you’re not ready for the big leagues will decrease your reputation
Joined at the Hip:
Only do one “Heroic Thing”, then arrive at the gala alone or with Ortega and go and look at Sidestep’s exhibit
From the Shadows:
Do exactly two “Heroic Things”, then arrive at the gala alone or with Ortega and go and look at Sidestep’s exhibit
Past Glory:
Do three or more “Heroic Things”, then arrive at the gala alone or with Ortega and go and look at Sidestep’s exhibit
Eyes Open:
- Look at the bodies on the way to the building
- Look at Anathema dissolving
- I walk inside willingly,
- No. I’m stronger than this
- I keep moving
- Three choices, it doesn’t matter which one you choose
- Look into Heartbreak’s eyes
Bullseye:
- Daring is more than 70
- I walk inside willingly
- No. I’m stronger than this
- I keep moving to handle the threat
- Three choices, it doesn’t matter which one you choose
- I fire blindly right at the heart of that thing
Friendless:
- No. I’m too clever to let that happen
- My past
- My friends
Taste the Metal / One More Day:
- I walk inside willingly,
- No. I’m stronger than this
- I keep moving
- Three choices, it doesn’t matter which one you choose
- I slowly raise the gun towards my mouth.
Puppetmaster:
- I reach for the door
- No. I’m too clever to let that happen
- My limbic system
I Want It All:
- I reach for the door
- Yes. I’m tired of fighting
- (no I need to wake up)
- (no please run I can’t stop I don’t want to stop)
It’s Payback Time:
- I reach for the door
- Yes. I’m tired of fighting
- (no I need to wake up)
- (still here still here you will all regret this)
Outsider:
- I reach for the door
- Yes. I’m tired of fighting
- (no I need to wake up)
- (not me this is not me not my memories)
Chapter Four/Five/Six
After Work:
Accept Dr. Mortum’s offer to get a drink together after designing your costume
Red Twelve:
At the bar after designing your costume, get involved in the altercation, sit down at the table and bet on red twelve
Damocles:
Have high Subtle Manipulation, choose to use a light touch when inside Lady Argent’s mind, then implant a trigger for later
Unscrupulous:
Have high Subtle Manipulation, choose to use a light touch when inside Lady Argent’s mind, then make her like you
Voyeur:
Choose to dive deep when inside Lady Argent’s mind, then look through her memories
Argumentative / And I Walk Away:
When you meet up with Ortega at the park, get angry with them, bring up the past, and walk away. You will get both achievements
Cinderella / On the Couch:
When you meet up with Ortega at the park, admit you have a problem and agree to meet them again You will get both achievements
The Gala
Friends in High Places:
Go to the gala by yourself and hide in the shadows to be alone
As Close as You Dare:
Have Ortega take you to the gala and kiss them
Business or Pleasure:
Have Dr Mortum take you to the gala and kiss them
A New Recruit:
Plan to rob the gala, you will recruit Rosie/Boris in the epilogue
Public Menace:
Plan to blow up the gala
Collateral Damage:
Plan to blow up the museum, don’t let anyone leave and set a short timer for the bomb
Shades of Gray:
Avoid hurting any civilians (unless you actively try and hurt civilians, this is the achievement you will get)
A Thin, Red Line:
Threaten/kill civilians and cause the most destruction at every point possible during the gala
A Newfound Focus:
Call yourself Sidestep (you need over 65 Arrogance), don’t humiliate Herold using telepathy or in the speech, and don’t hurt him after defeating him
Piece of Cake:
Choose the telepathy enhancement and use telepathy when fighting Herold
Anonymous:
When fighting Herold, don’t tell him who you are – let the papers make up a name
A True Villain:
Tell Herold why he lost after defeating him and launch into a monologue after defeating Ortega
Scaring the Baby:
After defeating Herold, keep hurting him
How It Should Be:
Beat Ortega at the gala without being hurt. You need either 35-50 Daring and choose to wait for your moment or 50-65 Daring and choose to pursue your advantage.
Scarface:
Plan to rob the gala, and then in the sewers try and fight Lady Argent telepathically with a Subtle Manipulation of less than 70. When you are fleeing, refuse to give up the money
Spoils of War:
Choose to have a cape when designing your costume, do not choose the speed enhancement, and fight Lady Argent in the sewers
Unbreakable / Nemesis:
Have both the strength and speed enhancements when fighting Lady Argent and beat her without using telepathy. You will get both achievements. I have also seen that if you are a fighter with Daring over 70 it is possible the defeat her with either the strength or speed enhancement, but I haven’t done that myself
In the Name of Science:
Choose the strength enhancement and take a trophy after defeating Lady Argent
Running for It:
Pretty simple, don’t try and fight Lady Argent, just get to the sewers and bolt. I had the speed enhancement when I got this one, but I don’t think it’s necessary
Looking into the Abyss:
Use telepathy in the fight with Lady Argent in the sewers
Still Got It:
Don’t get hurt during the Ranger’s fight. Play to your higher stats, knock Herald out as soon as you’ve downed him so you don’t get ambushed by Ortega, either have the telepathy upgrade for Ortega’s fight or have between 35-50 Caution or 50-65 Daring. Don’t monologue to avoid being ambushed by Lady Argent. Once you beat her above ground, in the sewer you can run away (easy if you have the speed enhancement) or fight her with telepathy (requires 75 in either subtlety or strength, or use the implanted trigger)
Can’t Touch This:
Go through the game without getting hurt – if you got both Like It’s Hard and Still Got It in one run, you’ll get this one too
After the Gala
A Close Shave:
Have Ortega be male, visit him in the hospital as MC, and say that some people have taste to convince him to shave his moustache off
A Doctor’s Appointment:
Be very flirty with Dr. Mortum throughout the game, let them save the puppet from the museum, and in the hospital invite them back to the puppet’s place for “coffee”
Days of our Lives:
Have a romantic relationship with Ortega as both the puppet and MC. Make sure MC had a thing with Ortega in the past, and Ortega took your puppet to the gala, either as an official date or as just flirting
It’s Complicated:
Unsure about this one, but I think I got it from kissing Ortega as MC at the hospital. You’ll likely get it while doing Days of our Lives
Three’s Company:
Have a romantic relationship with both Ortega and Dr. Mortum as the puppet and go to the gala with Dr Mortum. Do not have the strength enhancement, as Ortega can’t be too injured
Casanova:
Have a romantic relationship with Ortega as both the puppet and MC, and a romantic relationship with Dr. Mortum as the puppet

Hi just wanted to point out a formatting error: A Blow to Their Pride / Ripples on the Water is made a bullet point for mirror images, rather than it’s own title like others
