A Layout without Extra Lines
With minimum number of splitters, this achieves the best space efficiency while maintaining 95.62% average Fractionator efficiency.
It is also so simple, that I don’t even need to explain:
Why 95.62%? Did you make that number up?
No. This is simple math.
First Fractionator in a loop has 100% efficiency, the second 99%, the third (99%)^2, …
With a loop of 10, we have an average efficiency of:
(1 + 0.99 + 0.99^2 + … + 0.99^9) / 10 ~= 95.62%
