This guide will show you how to keep your helper away from the farm, so it is easier to collect the golden harvests.
 

Intro

Do you hate it when your farmer helper walks right onto your golden crop and wants to chat while you are losing your profits? Do you not want Goofy to have a look at each crop while you pick it up?
 
 
This guide is for you.

Fenced in

Now it's time for you to go to your farm. Your helper should be in the same area as your farm. It is okay to be right next to it. They may not register if they are in a different area.
 
 
Once you've placed your helper in a safe place, go into build mode. Place a fence around them. While they will disappear in build mode, it's easy to imagine them.
 
 

 
 
They will now stay put while you harvest your fields. This makes it much easier to pick the golden crop and you don’t have to stop to pick up extras (. Don’t worry! The extras will still be available at the end)
 
 

 
 
It is a good idea to also drop off or store any seeds that you might have. This will prevent the "plant seed" inventory bursting and make it easier to collect the golden harvest.
 
 
 

The Payoff

After you have finished harvesting, it's time for you to collect the bonus crops your helper would normally drop.
 
This part can be a bit scary if it's your first time. It can create a lot of mess depending on how large your farm is.
 
 
Go into build mode, and remove the fence around your helper. Restart the game and be ready for the game's lag and sometimes freezing to occur.
 
 
Your helper will explode into all the bonus crops they would have dropped during harvest.
 
 

 
 
These should be picked up quickly or the blue glow will disappear, and you'll need to pick them up one at a time. This was a small explosion with 200 crops. You may find that more crops explode on the entire zone if you have them. This is why your helper must be in the same zone with you. If they aren't, they will explode across the entire map.
