Then find the executable file of the game “Cyberpunk2077.exe” and open it in a hex editor
(for the steam version of the game, it’s: steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64)
*Make a copy of this file elsewhere in case of backup

After that press Ctrl + F and find the hex-value 75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08

Replace the founded text with EB 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08 right-clicking the highlighted values and select “paste insert.”
