Welcome to Cannibal Abduction – Walkthrough and Secret Ending Guide.

This guide will show you how to get out of this house and all the main items. Most cabinets have “secondary” items, so I’ll only show those with the “main items”.

Basics

Welcome bruvs, to this humble guide. Let’s start with the player.

Player

-Can only hide

-Can only carry 4 to 3 items, depending on the difficulty

Recording VHS tapes is the only way to save money. Each tape allows you to save one.

-Can take approximately 3 hits

Cannibal

If you run, it will be slower than you

-Don’t make too many sounds

Although he may not be programmed to roam or spawn in certain areas, it is certain that he does spawn at certain times.

-Even though he looks at you from his hiding place, he isn’t seeing you.

-I think he leaves the room where he is hiding, but he waits outside the door before looking elsewhere (could be mistaken, it’s how I felt).

The Hammer and Bobbypin

The Hammer is the first Item that you’ll see. It’s just lying around next to the player. Take it and then go to your toolbox (get near it, press ‘e,’) and you’ll find a Bobby pin. The player has only 4 slots on Hard Difficulty and 3 on default. You should not forget your toolbox.

You’ll find the flashlight by using the pin on your right.

Flashlight

It’s there, and next to it, you’ll see a note. If you collect all of these notes, you earn an achievement.

You were already warned by the game. However, the flashlight helps the Cannibal to see you. If he is close, turn it off.

Bronze Key

You’re now free from your bedroom. Head downstairs and you will find the only unlocked door. You can now go left or right as long as you reach to the bathroom.

You can drain the water from the bathtub, and you will find the bronze key.

BUT

You can also look downstairs and use your hammer or a magnifying glass to open the door in the screenshot below. Why? Because apparently Our cannibal friend won’t come home until you get the bronze key from your bathtub Take your time and see everything.

You’ll find a note and a cupboard in this room if you open it. It’ll be very useful later.

Bobbypin 2: Electric boogaloo

Now that you have the Bronze key, head upstairs. Leatherface’s cousin is already there. Go to the end and open the door to your right.

This is the master bedroom of the family. Below is a note to be placed near the bed.

Take the note and walk to the opposite door. It’s their bathroom. There you will find another Bobbypin. You can use your hammer for another escape route. If you’ve used the hammer downstairs, it won’t be necessary anymore. You can put it in the toolbox.

Common key

Head downstairs, go to the kitchen’s entry, and use the Bobbypin to open the locked door to your left. This is the one that the player refers to as “a door with an inexpensive lock”.

This will take you to a room that has a fireplace and two doors. The one on the right is the basement. Daisy, the family dog, is located in the one to your left. We’re going to the basement because it’s a horror film.

The Common Key is located in this area. It opens virtually every locked cabinet and allows you to access almost all main items as well as VHS tapes, bandages, and even VHS tapes. However, you cannot use bandages if you want to achieve the “Undead Achievement”.

Dog Food e Knob

Do you remember the door downstairs where the Hammer was? (If not, you should go there now. It’s a wooden board-covered door.

Use the common key to open the cabinet and open the dog food can.

Go to the room with the fireplace, and now take the left-hand door. It will lead you to Daisy’s room.

You can either put the dog food in Daisy’s corner or get closer to her. If you do this, you’ll get the [Beware the dog] Achievement, but the Cannibal will be alerted at your location

If she gets the bowl full, she will leave the dog house and you can then grab the Door Knob.

Valve and Radio

If you have the Knob, go upstairs and use the Knob at right end of hallway’s end.

This is a cellar. Go up the stairs to find the Valve and a door with a Padlock. If you turn left, you’ll find the Valve as well as a door with a Padlock.

The Valve is to be used in basement, and the Padlock will have radio frequency written into it.

You can do it in any order, but I usually take the valve downstairs and place it on the pipe to the right as shown below.

You will receive the [Plumber] Achievement. Now I must warn you about something. I didn’t know if this was a feature or if it was just bad luck, but every time I turned the valve on the pipe, the Cannibal appeared at the basement’s entrance.

Radio

Once you have the frequency, you can go to the room with your radio.

This part is a bit tricky. You have to set the radio to the frequency written in the Padlock. Then you’ll hear a strange sequence of sounds. You have to pay attention, or even write on paper. It’ll make 3 distinct sounds and each sound will play a number of times. Let’s say that the first sound plays five times, the second three times, and the third four times. That’s the code. Sometimes you need to listen over and again until you get it right.

Rope and Jug

If you were able to obtain the frequency from the radio (which was honestly the worst part of the whole thing), you can go upstairs to the cellar to open the padlock. Inside you’ll find a note and a rope.

The rope is meant to be used in the basement. I’ll show you.

Setting up the fireplace

Go to the Kitchen and open the cabinet. There will be a jug in there.

Fill the sink with water

Although I haven’t tried it on other sinks, I believe that you could fill the jug in any bathroom with water from the house since you have fixed the water flow.

Now, go to the fireplace and pour the water on it. It will reveal a brick you can push like an button.

This will reveal the secret place where the family used kill and eat people. There is a note, a cupboard and a dark pit inside. Now you can place the rope into the pit. You have the option of either waiting or descending.

Ending(s)

You can go down into the sewers, as I said. All you have to do is follow these pathways and you will be free.

This will award you the [Survivor?] achievement. If you played on normal difficulty, you’ll also receive [The easy way]. If you play on hard, you’ll get the [Hardcore] achievement. You’ll also receive the Undead achievement if you don’t use bandages.

Secret Ending

Okay, so you want this achievement and will probably spend more time with our Cannibal pursuer.

You don’t have to descend immediately after you place the rope. Keep the cabinet in the room.

Hexagon

Use the common key to create a hexagonal key.

Clock Hand

It can be carried upstairs to the master bedroom.

You’ll find a clock handle that you’ll need to use on the Grandfather’s Clock, which is located next to the VHS recorder.

Set the timer to 8:45 and confirm. You won’t be notified that it worked, but it did.

Now you can go to the basement to unlock the wooden door.

A Rusty key will be found, and the Cannibal almost always visits the basement at this point. However, it may just be a coincidence.

The Pit

Follow the sewer’s path by following the rope. This time, you can open the rusty corner of the sewer and descend to the sewers instead of using the ladder. You will be able to unlock it and you can now follow the new path (I won’t spoil what happens).
