Introduction

Welcome to my Ad-hunting Guide. It will contain the locations of all ads hidden in each area. There are 111 total ads, with three per area. I will do my best in the guide to provide information about their locations.
 
 
These Ads can be easily obtained on your first visit to each location, unless otherwise stated.
 
 
This guide is still in development. I am creating it as I play the game. If you have any information about the locations of Ads, which I mentioned in the guide, please comment. I will return to those locations and give credit for their discovery.
 
 
 

Brok's Apartment

 
 

• Open the Fridge. The ad is located on the bottom shelf of this almost empty appliance.

 
 

 
 

• A pile of clothes is hidden under the sink in the back left corner of the room. The ad is hidden under the dark bag containing those clothes.

 
 

 
 

• You'll see one peeking out from the blankets on the floor if you look closely at the bed.

 
 
 

Brok's Hall

 
 

• Double-check the mailbox. As a sidequest, you will get the item the first time. You will find an Ad that was hidden the second time.

 
 

 
 

• Examine the Job Board. Hidden behind the top-right Ad to the Trasher Hunt is another Ad. You can hover the cursor above the Ad to show Brok's hand and not the standard pointer to pick it up. If you remove the Job Board, this Ad will be deemed invalid.

 
 

 
 

• This is only possible when Brock is in Fighting mode. Jump repeatedly on the tile that is in distress between Brok's apartment door and the Job Board. Brok will comment on the cracked tile after a few jumps and will locate the Ad underneath.

 
 
 

Outside Apartment

 
 

• The Trasher Hunt building is located near the hole in the floorboards on the roof of the apartment. The hole contains the ad.

 
 

 
 

• The Tramp is next to the remains of what is supposed be a car. The ad is on the tire.

 
 

 
 

• Graff's favorite band is featured on Graff's flier. An Ad is found underneath the tearaway paper strips.

 
 
 

Drumer Street

 
 

• This Ad can be purchased at the vending machine located on the left side of the building. ONLY The vending machine facing forward has it, while the one sitting on the side does not.

 
 

 
 

• An Ad disguises itself as part the Pharmacy camera's hologram sign. It's easy for people to overlook it if they don't pay attention.

 
 

 
 

• Grab the Ad between Trash chute vents on the street's far right with a narrow, thin item such as the Apartment Key.

 
 
 

Back Alley

Before you can access the Ads, you will need to clear the alley of the boxes.
 
 

 
 

• Switch to Fighting mode, arm a weapon, then throw it at the target. The Ad will appear upon hitting the target.

 
 

 
 

• Located on the elbow of a giant pipe in the right-hand side of the alley.

 
 

 
 

• To reach the Ad attached at the grid-like fence, switch to Fighting mode.

 
 
 

Pharmacy

PREPARATION– To view the ads, you will need a remote control. To get the remote control:
 
 

1. Visit Sin's apartment and press the button to release the bed. Then, examine the device in the support frame.
2. Shay will help you fix the device. She will fix it for you and explain its purpose.

• You can interact with the blue buttons located on the left side of the products wall. As a bonus, you will receive the Ad after you interact with the sixth one.

 
 

 
 

• To obtain Brok's health report, you must contact the Medical Panel and pay 50 Unis. The machine can also give a prescription, which ends up being an Ad.

 
 

 
 

• To disable the Ad bubble floating to the left, use the Remote Control to drop it to the ground.

 
 
 

Sewers (Entrance -)

 
 

• Take a look at the hole in the flyer. Despite Brok's hesitation, an Ad was found inside.

 
 

 
 

• An X mark is located on the right wall between the pipe and the trough for chemicals. Switch to Fighting mode, punch the wall several more times to break it down and reveal the Ad.

 
 

 
 

• Although it is difficult to see even with the picture, there is an advertisement that blends very well into the wall under the bridge.

 
 
 

Sewers (inside)

 
 

• After you have cleared out the Squealers go over the bin in the corner a few times. Brok will eventually locate the Ad hidden in the pile after much searching.

 
 

 
 

• It is very difficult to see because it blends into the background. However, this Ad is located along a ledge just feet from the wires (as shown in the image).

 
 

 
 

• Switch to Fighting mode to jump over the acidic chemicals and reach a small island where Ad lives. This one is easier if you jump on the right side after passing through the mines.

 
 
 

Sewers (Engine)

 
 

• Flip the gun to the dirty side when you examine it. The Ad is visible on the gun where the logo is.

 
 

 
 

• This one can be obtained by playing the maze mini-game. An Ad is one of the objects that you will get after clearing out the pipes.

 
 

 
 

• The middle of the three pipes sticking out the machine to the right should be examined. But, be careful as it's above a pit.

 
 
 

Sector 56X

 
 

• An Ad is hidden in a hole in the wooden wall just past the vendor.

 
 

 
 

• The ad can be found in the opening of the Pipe-Pill at sector's entrance.

 
 

 
 

• This Ad can be found on Sin's apartment's top, at the arched bridge. It blends well with the ground so it's hard to miss.

 
 
 

Sin's Hall

 
 

• To annoy the tenant enough, you should interact with the rear left door several times.

 
 

 
 

• Similar to Brok's Hall, there is a mailbox area. Most of them are damaged except one that appears almost intact. You can either go into Fighting mode or use the Stick to open the box to find the Ad.

 
 

 
 

• A bunch of rubble can be found on the right side. An Ad is sitting on one the rocks at the spot where the hallway wall has become rubble.

 
 
 

Sin's Apartment

 
 

• Examine Sin's jacket, hanging on the wall. The Ad is hidden in a flyer in one of the pockets.

 
 

 
 

• To drop the bed, press the button on the wall. An Ad is hidden behind the wall section that has been revealed.

 
 

 
 

• A pile of glasses is next to Sin. Ads are hidden in the glasses. Brok may need to adjust the pointer to make it work with his hand.

 
 
 

Garage (Outside)

 
 

• A shirt is draped over the fence in front of the garage doors. An Ad is located just to the left of the shirt.

 
 

 
 

• Jump in the water and swim to the boat that is upside down. An advertisement is visible on the sideboard of the boat.

 
 

 
 

• You can travel through the water and into the background. An Ad is located at the tip of the island.

 
 
 

Garage (within)

 
 

• Under the blue floating chair, there is a hole in its floor. Although the Ad is hidden within it, the chair sometimes covers it as it floats upwards and downwards.

 
 

 
 

• An Ad is hidden within the tubes of (questionable) foods on the back counter. It is difficult to see so you might need to move your cursor to indicate its location.

 
 

 
 

• You can barely see Ad from the shadow of Shay next to Shay on the mat.

 
 
 

Virtual Arena

 
 

• Just as you enter the room, you will see a… Metal Thing (Shay. It is an air glider, if you look at it). The Ad will be visible under it.

 
 

 
 

• Under the bed is an ad.

 
 

 
 

• You can find the glass cabin behind the wall. The shadows are located at the edge of the wall.

 
 
 

Border Post

PREPARATION– To obtain two Ads, you must first complete a series:
 
 

1. Talk to the robot enough times to get access to the back of the building.
2. Once inside the building interact with the controls to begin the sorting mini-game. Block the lower tubes by placing a large square box next to them. This will create a staircase.
3. Use the elevator to get to the top floor. Next, switch to Fighting mode (. Examine the boxes). Then hop up the ladder to the platform. Adventure mode will automatically be activated at this point. To reach the roof, climb up the ladder.

 
 

 
 

• The Ad is attached to the large pipe that runs alongside the triangle-shaped entrance on the roof.

 
 

 
 

• An Ad can be found inside the building at the back, on floor 5. It is hidden behind glass so it is difficult to see, but the image shows it to the left of the bench.

 
 

 
 

• Use the Apartment key to hold up the advertising board. Next, switch to Fighting mode to damage the board enough that it falls off the roof. To retrieve the Ad, climb back to the ground and inspect the vending device that was smashed by it.

 
 
 

Trasher Hunter

 
 

• Treasure Hunter mini-game: One Ad can be found as treasure. This is a random chance so it is not guaranteed that you will find it on your first attempt.

 
 

 
 

• Examine the Control Panel of the Treasure hunter. An Ad is hidden in the upper-left corner.

• This is only possible in Fighting mode. Punch the Hat Excuse me. To spit out the Ad, you can use the Statue a few times.

 
 
 

Map

Yes, there are Ads hidden on the map. They are small and blend well into the background.
 
 

 
 

• This Ad can be found at the mouth of a river near the shoreline.

 
 

 
 

• This Ad can be found within the Domed area. Brok can see the Ad from the outside, but it is not possible to retrieve it until you have gained access to the Dome.

 
 

 
 

• This Ad is located north of Brok’s home along the river.

 
 
 

More to come

This was only the extent of my progress in the game. It's still quite new at the time and I haven't yet unlocked all of it, but I promise that I will try as many things as possible to find these Ads. If you find any that I haven't yet found, please let me know in the comments.
