I am currently a mod for Bounty Of One Discord. In my spare time, I have created a guide for upgrades and tips to help you build a typical Serra run.
 
 
Personally, I love the combination of Pierce and triple shot with projectile bounce! This combo is especially aided by Serra's passive "BowGun", which allows you to stand still and increase your attack speed over time.
 
Late game, you may have moments when you can relax and watch Serra drop the arrows on your enemies while you reap the rewards!
