How to turn off motion blur

Navigate to “%localappdata%\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor”, open Engine.ini and add:

[SystemSettings]
r.MotionBlur.Max=0

Also, this should work

r.MotionBlurQuality=0

For chromatic abberation it should be:

r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
