This guide contains solutions for the various alchemy recipe challenges. Consequently, following these instructions will remove all difficulty from the puzzle aspect of the game.
 
 
I would strongly encourage people to try them out for themselves, and only refer to this guide as a last resort.
 
 
 

Brief Overview of the Alchemy Table

The alchemy table consists of a clover shape, or a venn diagram with three circles. In this reference I will refer to the table as it appears – the top ring corresponds with the circle at the top, left for left, and right for right.
 
 
Volatile symbols will appear to glow orange. If a volatile symbol comes into contact with another volatile symbol, or a normal version of itself, the mixture will react violently and be lost.
 
 
The top ring becomes special after the alchemy apparatus is upgraded. With this in mind, the formulae outlined here will generally avoid using the top ring unless either the formula works for all alchemists, or it is a formula for the upgraded alchemy apparatus.
