How to unlock a really frustrating achievement.
 

How to (or) achieve it

The hexadecimal achievement is not described and you will be surprised at the unexpected results. I found the achievement on PS5 and it records when you get it. I was able two theories about how it could have been unlocked while I was hunting for it.
 
 
1. The Octagon game
 
 
This achievement was achieved by me while playing the game in which you dodge octagons at 60 points. However, I doubt that this is the cause. The achievement would be much more common.
 
 
2. Bugs / Error codes
 
 
When I first saw the achievement, the first thing that struck me was the code's resemblance to the error codes you get when your machines bug. Naturally, I thought they might roll it in the string randoms somewhere. Or maybe because it was a hexadecimal maybe 16 computers needed to bug. I was able to achieve the achievement because a machine crashed around the time that I received it. I assumed it had the code in its string somewhere.
 
 
Unfortunately, the achievement does not provide any context for unlocking it. However, I hope this helps you in your quest to find and unlock this frustrating achievement.
