The most significant collectibles in Dying Light 2 are the inhibitors. You can use them to improve your health and endurance. You’ll need higher stamina and health levels to unlock specific combat and parkour skills. There are 126 obstacles to gameplay. (Dying Light 2 – All Inhibitors Locations)

How to Find Inhibitors
GRE containers are often used to hide inhibitors. Your GRE Access Key will allow you to locate the container (lower left corner on the screen). A voice will also sound, saying “inhibitor containers detected” or “inhibitor containers nearby”. If you are less than 10 meters away, the container’s location marker will appear on the screen.
- GRE Quarantines – The inhibitor crates can be found in a building containing Infected.
- GRE Anomalies – The Special Infected is next to the inhibitor. First, you must eliminate the monster.
- Airdrops for military purposes: Usually (, but sometimes) on top buildings that are very high.
- Metro Stations: They are often found in stations after being powered.
- Random locations: Some are just waiting to be discovered in an ordinary building. These crates can be difficult to find.

To get the first six Inhibitors and unlock the feature, play through the main questline. You will get the first three from Hakon right after an incident at the Bazaar and the second during the Markers of Plague quest. From that moment onwards, you’re free to look for them yourself.
