A guide for Train Sim World® 2 – Map of the West Somerset Railway Route. This has created a map that shows all speed limits, uphill slopes, and other field characteristics for those who enjoy the WSR. It is designed for realistic driving without using a HUD, hints, or assistance. The route’s markings for the most crucial components are shown on the diagram. Correct field orientation and navigation are made possible by this.

In the diagram, speed limits are indicated in red. They can be inclined depending on which direction they are pointing to. I marked the main and secondary semaphores with red and yellow. The map shows all road crossings as well as bridges and viaducts. A gray mark must use the signal with the letter “w”. Each train station entrance is preceded with a speed limit. This restriction is removed when the last car passes through the exit/entry signal. Yellow plates are used to indicate the ascents and descend of the terrain. They are slanted in the correct direction. The numbers on the tile correspond with the ascent and descend values shown in the game’s HUD.

Minehead – Watchet

The route from Minehead and Watchet is the first. Minehead is a large station that has both manual and automatic switches. Here is also a turntable.

Crowcombe Heathfield – Watchet

The second section of the route runs from Watchet to Crowcombe Heathfield. Williton station can refuel diesel locomotives.

Crowcombe Heathfield- Bishop Lydeard (and Norton Fitzwarrene)

The third section of the route runs from Crowcombe Heathfield through Bishop Lydeard, then on to Norton Fitzwarren, where there is an opportunity to turn around.
