Part A: 2100s

 
2105. The Galaxy that game takes place in is discovered by the James Webb telescope, and is named Evo, hence the game’s name. 
 
2106. Testing for a faster-than-light drive has begun in JPL. 
 
2112. The first ftl flight is conducted. 
 
2114. The warp core is invented. 
 
2117. Alpha Centauri is visited by humans. 
 
2143. The inner solar system in completely colonized. 
 
2147. Evo is visited for the first time. 
 
2178. Alien life is discovered in Evo 
 
2187. The Galactic Exploration Federation (G.E.F.) is Founded:  
 
 

The 2200s

 
2201. The G.E.F. launches it’s first initiative called “Neovox” with its goal making ship building more accessible to regular people. 
 
2215. Massive ship manufacturing corporations begin sprouting from the Neovox initiative. 
 
2219. At this point, Neovox has become so much of a success that the G.E.F. has a supply and demand problem for materials, and thus, the G.E.F. launches their next initiative: “Galactic Station Array” an ambitious project to build space stations throughout the galaxy, but is not expected to be complete until the late 2300s to the early 2400s. 
 
2224. The G.E.F. establishes Head Quarters in the system Leosus on the Earth-like moon of Leosus-1. 
 
2250. Conflict with the Human race and a terrorist group of pirates start forming. 
 
2276. The G.E.F starts it’s next initiative: “Habitat” this project will build ring-worlds around gas giants for people to stay for long trips in space. 
 
 

The 2300s

 
2300. The G.E.F. starts funding for ship manufacturing companies. 
 
2325. Habitat worlds are successfully installed throughout the galaxy and are ready for use. 
 
2328. A new race of alien enters the galaxy, this race resembles a blue feline sort of creature. 
 
2334. An explosion occurs on a Habitat world, pirates are held responsible. 
 
2346. A foreign artifact is discovered near the center of the galaxy. Origins are unclear. 
 
2364. The Station array Initiative is completed ahead of schedule. 
 
2375. A fully interactive holomap of the entire galaxy is mapped. 
 
2376. The year the game takes place in, you know the rest.
