Here are some troubleshooting suggestions.
If your account has not been deleted and you attempt to launch a new video game, you’ll be presented with the “EXISTING ACOUNT” screen. Wait further until the account is removed.
If the account has been deleted however, the directory hasn’t been deleted yet it will display the “Cannot Connect to Our Online Services” screen will be displayed. Close the app and then delete the directory.
- Windows – C:\Program Files (x86 – \Steam\userdata\userid\678800\
- Mac OS – ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/userdata/userid/678800/
