This guide (obviously) has spoilers for every nearly single item and weapon in the game as well as some end game bosses, I’d highly advise just playing through the game normally without looking into this for a first playthrough.

Moved tips from top row down to bottom to clutter the first segment and list less.
If you just want a specific set of recipes early game from bread to unlock for cooking, delay buying any other cooking tools until you’ve gotten the desired recipe. This is mainly useful for favorite gifts for certain characters.
Weapon recipes will only unlock via recipe bread if your respective weapon skill level is around the same as the weapon itself. If you know the recipe you should be able to forge a much higher level weapon than your skill currently has.
After a certain skill level (Around 80+) recipe bread stops being useful, in which case you’ll need to use recipe bread+ to learn any new ones.
Brute forcing will work, but for high level ones be prepared to be well overleveled and/or have some way to get a ton of max RP. For example, Stew can cost hundreds of RP more than max to make without a recipe even in the 90s.
For brute forcing make sure you explicitly craft without a recipe.
For Forging, there’s no especially easy way to grind your level by mass producing items from levels 55-70. Your best bet is to upgrade gold hoes with high difficulty level materials until you can make Platinum hoes.
The Rosary is arguably the single best accessory in the game for mineral and gem gathering. Allows you to effortlessly mine your materials without being harassed by normal mobs.
Rare or hard to get items
Legendary Scale – Rare item from fishing (Might be easier in ponds?)
Cracked Rune Sphere – Rare drop from Ragnarok (Possibly Etherwil too?)
White Stone – Only obtainable after marriage and having a child. Locked behind a stone tablet in Sechs Territory that unlocks when you visit it with both your spouse and child in your party.
Rune Crystal – Mine from the blue crystals with a high mining level and high quality farming hammer.
Invisible Stone – Randomly obtained through mining.
Dark Stone – Common ore drop from the dark zone by Obsidian Mansion.
Puppetry Strings – Rare drop from Marionetta.
Mealy Apple – Dropped as a common item from a demon on Sercerezo Hill Bridge during typhoons (Once per typhoon. Save before fighting.)
Holy Spores – Dropped by a big mushroom monster in the corner of Selphia Mush Road on Fridays.
Round Stone – Found fishing in the waterfall area of Yokmir Forest.
10-Fold Steel – Drops from the Mineral Chipsqueeks at the edge of Leon Karnak at a rare drop rate. You can upgrade a weapon with Scrap Metal+ (1 Damage hits) + Glitta Augite/Raccoon Leaf (Range extension) + 2/10-Fold Steel (Further range increase) to farm them, as Mineral Chipsqueeks drop an item per hit.

If anyone bothered to read to this point thanks. If you noticed an issue with the stats or recipes please leave a comment. I got most of the info from the wiki, I just wanted to get something similar to a list of crafting recipes onto steam for myself and others to use. Its possible some of the recipes are messed up though I tried to make them the right ones.
Would also appreciate if anyone told me any effects I might have gotten wrong on certain items.
Might add some more stuff to this later (Base RP cost, more rare items I missed, ingredient costs, etc.)
I’ll update this trying to fix any mistakes I’ve found. Feel free to tell me how I could make it better too, I hope for this list to be a suitable quick reference.
