Hey there, fellow gamers! Are you on a mission to snag the Ghost Matter Achievement in Death Must Die without taking a single hit? Well, you’re in luck! I’m here to spill the beans on how I nailed it, and guess what? You can totally do it too. Let’s dive in!

Picking Your Divine Team:

First things first, let’s talk gods. You’ll want to pick Justice and Mort for starters. Why, you ask? Well, Justice is your personal shield, blocking those nasty hits once activated. And Mort? He’s your skeleton army guy. Picture this: a horde of bone buddies taking on the bosses while you dodge like a ninja. Cool, right? Oh, and pair Mort with the Ravens of Pestilence for extra skeleton summoning power. Your third god pick? That’s your call – mix and match as you like. In my winning run, I chose Leigong plus a few extras like Haste for speed, Chain Lightning and Lightning Bolt for a damage boost, and Moirai (Fate) for those critical strikes and fast moves.

Gearing Up for Success:

Now, let’s gear up! Evasion is your best friend here. Aim for a sweet spot of around 360 evasion – but hey, even 250 to 300 should work. At 360, you’re looking at a cool 70% dodge rate. Focus on getting evasion boosts on your helm, boots, relic, and armor. A good mix would be around 40 evasion each for three items, and a whopping 100 evasion for your armor. And if you can snag a mythic armor for Nixi, you’re golden – that’s a whopping 150 evasion right there!

Run Highlights:

Here are some key moments to watch out for in your run:

  • 4:00: Face the first slime wave. Try to grab an area-of-effect blessing to wipe them out. Missed the divine shield? It’s okay to hit reset and try again.
  • 7:00: First boss battle. With the basic attack god blessing, you should breeze through it.
  • 19:00: The skeleton wave hits. Keep on the move until 20:00 to dodge those attacks.

Final Thoughts:

In my achievement-winning run, I had the Master Divine Shield and didn’t need to dodge much. So, while evasion is super helpful, you can still win with different strategies and characters. Here’s to your success – you’ve got this!
