The PR puzzle is quite confusing but you need to insure that the trending tweet about Titan is no longer in the 10 Ten. This is achieved by influencing articles according different regions. I currently don’t have a solid solution but I am making a spreadsheet to see what works. 
 
After the PR puzzle is solved, you can submit your findings to end the chapter. 
 
If you want to look at Helen Garcia’s Toothbook, her password is YG1111. You figure this out from Saya’s HiTalk conversation with Echo. She says Helen’s password is "her team" aka Young Girl and her birthdate. Nov 11. There isn’t information there to collect. 
 
On the Social Engineering Report screen, select Continue and Van will send you a message asking if you would like to see "behind the screen". Selecting Ignore will disguard the message and end the chapter. 
 
Selecting "Return to View" will return you to the desktop and you will receive an email from Van. 
 
o Open the email from Van. “Secret about you” 
 Collect “Titan Matrix backstage entrance” This will enter the back door to Titan Matrix servers. 
 Select Voice Information. 
o The voice puzzles are just creating the correct wavelength. You know you’re doing it right when the ends fit together seamlessly. 
o Return to the main screen. 
 Select Developers Backend. 
o Select Ashley’s voice. This will verify and take you to documentation about a project. 
 Reading the project reports will give hints to unlock the other documentations.
